The smell. The microwave did not work. They could not providean alternate. I bought dishes and a pan from Walmart for less than $16 since they charge $30-40 to rent these items.

Low price, not terrible. There was a cooktop and fridge. The bed had clean and crisp looking sheets. I got decent sleep.

Lots of hallway noise at night, like management wasn't paying attention or didn't care residents were noisy. Seems like a cheap longer term housing option for locals...

The lady checking me in seemed either incompetent or just ignorant. It took forever for me to check because of the way I prepaid. The managers instructions seemed pretty clear but it didn’t seem like she was really listening. It was fairly clean but people smoking in the rooms seeped into my room and the hallways had a bit of a smell but not unbearable thankfully.

The stay was okay, me checking in was an issue because it took so long. The manager there was good, he helped out whenever needed. I didn’t have a lot of needs so that’s pretty simple.

Rude employees. I booked 2 rooms 4 people per room. Was only given 1 set of towels per room and was told that I would have to pay for more towels. When I stated that we didn’t have enough towels for each guest, I was told, “well buy more here or go to a store” Room comes equipped with 2 eye stove. But I would have had to pay $30 for cooking dishes and $15 for one plate, bowl, cup, fork, and spoon.

STEVE!!!! If this is what you all call a manager then I must say your company is in dire trouble. This man was so rude, unprofessional and had no sense of courtesy. I refuse to use this survey as a way to lie but if you plan to keep business re-train the garbage man that you all call a manager. This place is a dump and what was worse it smells like a dead body was decaying somewhere in the "hotel"(I use that word soooo loosely) and he did nothing about it. You can't connect your own streaming service to their TVs and the WIFI goes out constantly. I can literally go on and on and on about the horribleness of this experience but guaranteed I wouldn't put a dog there to stay let alone a person and there family. Oh and there is an entire brothel being ran out of this place. Women going from room to room and men standing outside the rooms as if it's a pay by the hour set up here !!! NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE WILL I EVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I WOULD RATHER SLEEP AT A SHELTER..

Naylin was amazing..Very professional and courteous. He was so helpful to my family and I. I had no problems from him at all.

Everything, no receptionist at the desk during normal business hours they have the hotel phones going to their cell phones and you have to call at least 10 to 20 times before someone picks up to answer the phone, for the receptionist to come to the front desk to tell you that they can’t help you with whatever it is that you need

Rusty refrigerator. Dirty walls with no art and chipped paint. Uncomfortable mattress. Dead roach in stairs was there the whole time. Stairway was dirty and smelled. Everything seemed run down.

Start with the room key that would open our room door but wouldn't open the outside door or the main door to enter the hallways until the next morning. We were dependent upon the front desk person to come around to let us in the hallway to get to our room. Then the room was dirty, the paint missing in spots, no lamp anywhere in the room and shower valve was so loose it was hard to adjust the temperature.

I like that this room made Motel 6 look really good! But the a/c did keep the room cool.
