The lift was not working on the first night when we arrived after 10 pm. There was no one around to take care of the issue. However the next morning it was running again. We were told that it had to rest and restarted

We liked the cleanliness of the property. The common area was very clean and fresh. The apartment was also very clean and had everything we needed. I had to run to the reception to ask for an iron and an ironing board and they had it in my room within minutes.

Room was comfortable with plenty of space. It's well set up for people to stay -- kitchen, plenty of room to put away or hang up clothes. They remembered the little things, like extra boxes of tissue and a soft light that comes on in the bathroom at night. The outdoor pool + hot tub was great. There's a game room for kids that also has board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books.

For us, it’s perfect! I know others may want high end, fancy amenities but we love the cozy, right at home feel we get at Vail Run Resort.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a large floor fan in the living room. This was enough, but air conditioning would have been better. You need to understand that the hotel is located near the highway and the noise can be heard when the windows are open.

Room was very clean, the room has everything you need, including shampoo and conditioner. The pool has towels and a very comfortable changing room and shower. check-in was easy check-in in the complex after 7-30 pm takes place by phone without the presence of staff. There is a charger for electric cars in the parking lot, free of charge. parking costs $15 per night.

The hot tub is the best I’ve ever seen. It’s clean, deep, lots of jets, hot, alway right balance of chemicals, and big! Keep up the good maintenance!!! 😁😁

Vail Run feels like home

Vail Run is quirky, not a typical Vail condo vibe. My daughter called it a little bit flea market, a little bit thrift store. But the staff is friendly, the amenities are good, the location is pretty good and there is a shuttle for complete village access. It is a good Vale value.

Vail Run does not offer food options, but our condo was very well equipped for cooking and we enjoyed making our own breakfasts.

Decorations and furniture are a bit dated.

Bus was convenient and ran frequently to town (Juan the driver was fabulous) making it easy to get to and from the gondola. Pool and Hot tub were a great temperature.

Paid parking a bit too expensive. I was promissed to get an invoice by email which I did not not get.

Fireplace at the room and kitchen are perfect. I also like the paintings of the skiers on the corridor walls. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful, espeiall Caroline.

Lobby was meh; while there was good separation between people, there is a lack of walls and real privacy. The value makes up for that and everyone loved the layout.

Great value, friendly staff, convenient location, kitchen very well stocked, room very well stocked with towels and paper goods. Plenty of room to sleep! Loved the layout and separation between parties.

Small issue for us as Alaskans that the loft in the room was warm since the fresh air option would have frozen the sofa bed sleeper.

Perfect Vail stay. Kenny at the front desk was great - incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The shuttle to the lifts worked well. Easy parking, good room for us.
