As me and the family went over our experience at the resort we have all decided that there is nothing that we did not like at this property

Loved that it was a door to small hallway that would lead us to our suites. Me and my children had separate suites but right next to each other and our doors went to our small hallway to the main door of the rooms. Loved how we had our own space. I also loved that they provided dish soap and a sponge as well as laundry detergent.

When checking out I told the young lady that I was disappointed that there was no recycling bin. Then I asked if they recycle and her response was NOPE!

Reserved one of four buildings two weeks prior. Notated. But upon arrival told two buildings were mostly closed due to remodeling. I would have thought they would have known that ahead of arrival when I reserved originally. Didn’t get any of my four building choices.

The room was better than expected - it was huge! We were not expecting to have so much space between two connected rooms - the extra kitchen area and washer and dryer was a huge plus! The room and resort was very clean and had everything we needed! We were also in town visiting the Disney Parks and the location of the resort was extremely convenient - 10 minutes from any park we went to, it was perfect! The value for the amenities was the best we've ever had and we will definitely be back!

Other guests were very loud most of the time and we had on incident with a spill and we were told house keeping would come and pick up the sheets that were messy and they will drop off new ones but we waited for an hour and never got a knock and they ended up just leaving the new sheets outside and the other sheets were not picked up because they didn't notify us that they were outside because there was no knock.

The jacuzzi is always a favorite in the king room. The bed is quite nice most the time and the A/C is awesome and is one of the best parts.

The only thing I didn't like was that it was a long drive to go see my family members, but I liked everything about the resort.

I love the room it was big and spacious I feel comfortable as if I was home. The location was very nice as well close to everything. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub until at one point I didn't want to get out.

Clean, quiet, well-equipped and sizable room(s). Centrally located. And the jacuzzi in the room was the best I've ever used. Well-maintained resort with many amenities. We never got to use the pools, but the three outside our building looked great.

Our first night, the fire alarm went off and had us out of our rooms waiting for the local firefighters to clear it. It then intermittently went off for the next two hours. This was 2-4am and we had a long day ahead of us at universal. After that night, they disabled the fire system and someone was assigned to fire watch. We were fine with this, I just wish they had done that initially instead of letting it malfunction for hours when we needed sleep.

Very clean and well maintained. Fantastic location for Disney visit, took 10-15 minutes to get to the parks.

The balcony in the 7th floor as extremely dangerous for kids, it didn't have bars going all the way to floor, I would recommend staying in one of the suites that had full bars in the balcony for anybody with small children

Some of the front desk staff were rude when calling for a shuttle. I wish I knew the full extent of the welcome center. Activities center was too far away. No movies on Fridays and the options were limited for choices. If it ran and the test an activity at the pool, it's not offered at a later time even if it wasn't offered initially.

Very spacious for our needs! Everyone had more than enough room to move around! Pablo the shuttle driver was excellent!! There were many pools to choose from! I love that we had a full kitchen and also seating for us to sit as a family for meals.

We didn't like the sales pitches to take the timeshare tour. It happened aggressively at check-in, and then they called our room several mornings for the same! I've never seen that happen before! We stopped answering the phone. Also, the kitchens and bathrooms were a little dated, and the balconies were not screened in. First time we've come across that at any like facility. We didn't have any little children with us, but that would have been a little concerning if we had young children. We were on the 7th floor. Long drop! All in all, we liked it. I might ask if there were any upgraded units next time. There were several buildings and we were more interested in a private balcony location, which was great. Next time, I would ask for a private location and one with newer kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
