Door was like paper, was a bit scary there alone.

It was an Apartment. I was shocked that it was fully furnished, cups,bowls, silverware extra towels and nice pool. The kids loved it. I recommend it for a cheaper stay an close to the ocean, especially if you have small children

some things like a balcony door needs an upgrade the swimming pool was dirty the mattress wasn’t very comfortable

Great location good for families! 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and food store near by also have kitchen were you can use transportation bus stop and playground for kids near by also...

very good value. not fancy at all, but plenty of space for two people, a small kitchen, living area and bedroom. nice little porch.

we felt, maybe paint the balcony floor, maybe a small cooler for the beach, pool could def. use a repaint, repair of loungers

outside of complex is dated, could use a little sprucing up, unit was on the 3rd floor, elevator was slow, but worked, inside of unit was very clean, a little dated, but nice, loved the big shower, loved having a balcony to sit out at (view of parking lot-very quiet complex), kitchen was nice, great location for beaches, places to eat and groceries. even though it is an older complex, it was nice, for the price, really can't be beat, will def. stay there again. unit also had 2 beach chairs and umbrella, very nice!!

The only thing I can say is that the place is older so it's not super updated.

The location was amazing! We were able to walk to the beach and the park. I was with my kids and they loved it. The kitchen had granite countertops and the apartment was exceptionally clean. It was easy to get ahold of the property and the keyless entry was so nice.

The internet did not work much of the time. In pre-arrival and on-site communications, management said that I had access to one network. That network only worked for a few hours. It turned out that I had access to any of their networks. I didn't learn that until I left.

The apartment had easy access to the beach and shopping.

The toilet needs to be changed. The flush did not work from time to time. And we needed help with a plunger.

The location was close to the beach and restaurants are all around, I traveled for work and the location was close to my job site. Parking situation was excellent. The room had a good size with a balcony.

Downtown Miami is a 30 min drive (depending on traffic)

Clean, spacious appartement. Walking distance to Sunny Isle beach. Good parking place at the appartements. Big fridge and all the accessoires you need to cook a meal a make breakfast.

The floor and the sofa were visibly dirty (need remodeling/replacement) this is not the fault of the cleaning personnel.Everything else was super clean.

A fully operational kitchen, baby crib, easy check-in and check-out, the pool is small but very cute. The cleanness of the sheets, and everything else.
