off site car rental requiring 2 shuttles to get there and then requesting additional charge for insurance. Staff there were very nice, and overworked. They provided the best customer service they could in spite of their company' s insurance policy.

Wish we had time to stay longer.

Only 10 minutes walk to monorail and 15 minutes to the strip. Free and safe parking, coin operated guest laundry, free internet, refrigerator in the room(many resorts don't have this), were all things we needed and used. The room was huge, clean and really comfortable. Quiet even though lots of people around. Entire property maintained well. Staff were amazing. Loved all the food. The casino was personable. Everything was perfect.

Only complaint was we had to wait longer for Taxi service when the front desk ordered one for us to go farther down the strip. You think there would be more availability...I know we could have called Lyft or an Uber but price wise better to use Taxi service I know it's not Tuscany fault, but they should maybe invest into a shuttle of their own or better contract with their local Taxi Co.

Everything we needed was right inside the hotel...Cafe, coffee shop, gambling...everything was within walking distance. We used a Taxi to get to Tuscany which was close by. It was nice & quite location for being Las Vegas. Felt safe as well.

We liked everything!

We loved everything about the hotel! We actually travelled twice to Vegas within the last two weeks, and the second time was booked for Plazza downtown. We decided to shorten our stay there and return to Tuscany :) It felt more cosy and like home. The staff was great, the pools were easy to park your vehicle, and only 10 min walk to Bellagio. We are definitely staying there again on our next trip to Vegas!

My only complaint is that you cannot take the stairs to exit the guest room buildings and must use the elevator. The door to the outside says that it’s an emergency exit only and that the alarm will sound. Kind of annoying because we love taking the stairs. If the alarm doesn’t sound, then they should consider taking those signs off.

Second time we stayed here. We will stay here again next time we’re in Vegas! Everything was perfect! The coffee shop is fairly priced and has a good set up for remote work with reliable wifi and outlets, and same with the other public areas.

Loved everything. This place is a gem!

Pretty much everything. The coffee shop, pools/ jacuzzis, location, rooms, gym, live music, happy hour. Loved that we could find a pool chair on a Sunday afternoon in the shade, unlike most other hotels where it’s impossible or you have to pay extra. The hotel is relaxing and has a very chill vibe. The price was amazing and the free parking is wonderful and near the rooms. Check in time was super fast. Staff were great.

There was a slight smell of cigarettes in the public spaces but it's Vegas, what do you expect?? Also wish I won a little money on the slots :)

The hotel is quite large. It consists of several buildings. The accommodation is in a very spacious room. We also had a kitchenette, but I was expecting better amenities there. Very comfortable and spacious, even in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue we saw was the shower stahl drain for room E207. The shower stahl would hold water.
