The only negative was the towels were not clean. There was a green stain on one of the towels. Pretty gross. Other than that everything was good.

The property was very nice and clean. The location is convenient. The continental breakfast was very nice. They have a pool table in the lounge along with board games available to play. Kind of reminds me of a college dorm. The staff is was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious. I really like that you can check in and out of your room with the Hilton app and the app contains a digital key to unlock the room. Very easy and convenient!

Perfect for early flight next day

This was our second time stay, the first time everything was ok but cold breakfast . The second time I was on the 2nd floor so the occupants above me were stomping all night long couldn’t sleep and had to drive 5 hrs next day after picking up my daughter from a basketball camp.

We loved that they let us park our car there while we traveled and made it very simple. There was a shuttle that took us to and brought us back from the airport. They had very comfy beds and soft sheets. Wonderful and staff.

If I had to say something, I would say having bacon at breakfast would have been perfect

Every staff member we encountered were amazing. I absolutely loved my stay and would 100% stay there again. Room was clean and comfortable. Having the free tea and coffee is a great touch.

The electric blackout blinds in our room did not work. We had to have the maintenance man fix them multiple times so we could let light in to the room, but it never worked properly while we were there for 5 days. The handicap accessible shower drained onto the bathroom floor, so we had to use multiple towels to dry the floor every time we took a shower. There are no closets in the rooms, only a small 10" wide cubby and some hooks on the wall to hang clothes, and the bathroom counter space is very minimal, especially when two people use the room.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The facility was modern and well kept. The beds were comfortable, firm but not too firm. The room was quiet, considering it was next to the airport, and we did not hear other guests around us, while in our room.

1- being told that the first floor rooms were usually saved for people with pets.....2- being told that there was 100$ refundable charge for? Room damage I guess....my wife and I are 75 we brought no pets what in Gods name do you suppose we would do that you couldn’t take a chance on us that we would damage anything that you’d have to charge 100 $ more on my card?...just another “ thing “ I will have to check on for awhile to be and sure you removed the 100$ charge....you see ,I don’t know you or necessarily trust you either....and the email a couple days before our stay informing us and warning us that covid protocols were in place and we would be required to be “ masked “ up while in your hotel....perhaps you need to update and check what your sending out to your customers a little more....

The hotel had its own free parking lot. Just minutes from the airport, but it was quiet. The beds were really comfortable. The hotel and room were very clean.

I always stay here when I come to Columbus. The staff is fantastic, the breakfast is amazing, rooms are super comfy and you can't beat the location.

For the price, the breakfast was just so-so. I made the reservation four months in advance & requested a specific floor. The hotel did not fulfill my request which was a bit disappointing. They said it was because they were fully booked.

The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable The hotel is definitely near the airport but we did not hear planes until about 5:30 a.m.

The staff was not friendly at all! There were only two friendly staff members out of the five that I encountered. If they had better staff this hotel would’ve got a 10 out of 10 for sure.

This hotel chain is absolutely fabulous with wonderful amenities! The value is unbeatable. I really enjoy the free breakfast and the supply of water is a major plus. LOVE this chain and I will stay anytime I have an opportunity!

I read a review prior to the stay and i laughed because they complained about the bed frames sticking out. Little did i know i would become a bed frame victim, they stick out so much i hit my knee so hard it tore my pants and made my knee bleed. Breakfast was just ok. The worst part was parking. The hotel was booked solid and there was zero spots. I had to park along the side of the sidewalk and hope it didnt get hit by morning.

Close to food places and most important coffee. Staff was friendly.
