Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Room was adequate. WE were driving back from Grand Canyon, so good stopping point. The location of our room, in back tower, on 18 floor, way down from elevators required a lot of walking. The room needs updating, Lacks enough electrical outlets. WiFi was sketchy. Room was clean and bathroom clean.

United StatesThe lighting was very dim, even when sitting right under the lamps. The room and tower we were booked in was so far away we felt as if we ran a marathon to get there. It made our luggage feel like 10 tons by time we finally got to our room. I know there are bellhops and luggage carts we can utilize, but if you don't really have tip money for the bellhop, you feel like a jerk and they won't let you use the carts without a bellhop.
The beds are very comfortable and the room had plenty of space. I liked how there was a desk area so I could have someplace other than the beds to sit on as well as somewhere to lay my book instead of constantly having to juggle it in my hands. The swiveling TV is also a plus so you can see it wherever you're sitting.

Price of the room. Motorcycle getaway so only need room for sleeping. Riding during the daytime. Casino provides gaming during evening hours.
