You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesDisappointed with the hotel in general. They should have let us know that a major renovation effort was underway. All of the room doors at front of the hotel were removed awaiting painting and we at first thought the facility had been shut down! The room we got at the back of the hotel was dismal, outlet for the refrigerator was not functioning ( we moved the cord and got it up and running). The main light fixture from the entry door was not working, furniture was in bad condition and a dead spider was on a pillow. Shower was dirty, we didn't use it. We were told that once the exterior re-paint was done, the rooms would be re-furbished. Yeah, well that didn't help us!
Excellent location directly across from the Cherokee casino. A great restaurant next to the hotel, best food we had on the trip. And, the price was great, for good reason, see "not likes" below.

United StatesThe room was a little run down. When my Wife and I showered hot water ran out before we could even rinse the shampoo. After calling front office, they said it will work, and keep trying it. Also they would not discount for that which was a little disappointing.

The assistant manager will destroy this business. Even though the hotel was practically empty, she and another staff member treated me as if I were a bother. They refused by first online reservation because they didn’t want to book me at the advertised rate. I made a second reservation at $10 higher and they still treated me with contempt. I had driven all the way from Branson as was exhausted but I refused their bad treatment and drove to Sallisaw instead. Don’t bother stopping in Muldrow or Roland, stay in Ft Smith or Sallisaw. It’s not worth the aggravation to stay here.

So I went up there and the lady at front desk said there wasn't any thing they could do for us. Basically to bad so sad. We will never again go back to that hotel.even if it's the only place to stay.
