Unfortunately the ice maker on the property doesn't work, and the pool is closed. This isn't the hotel's fault. This is the local population. They keep stealing the wiring and bathing in the pool.

The room was clean. There were 4 of us and we got 4 towels, 2 hand towels and a floor towel. All white and very clean. I asked for COVID protocols in my room as I was staying two nights with my family. They absolutely followed them. The queen beds were definitely big enough for two and the AC was so cold. They have cameras pointed at the parking lots so, my car was always on camera. I really liked that. We were on the non-smoking side due to traveling with my children. The room didn't smell at all! No homeless in the parking lot or people loitering/littering the parking lots. Very close to shops and fast food places. The fridge, microwave and TV all worked great.

Wish the ice and vending machines had been working! It would have been nice to have comforters on the beds; it was really just thin sheets and I like to have something more than that to sleep.

For the price point, this room was perfectly adequate. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. The AC worked great, the mini fridge was nice to have, and the blackout curtains were super effective. The soda and ice machines didn't work and there were no frills or extras, but I slept well and felt comfortable the whole time.

The TV did not work as no cable connection. The reception person offered no help. The ice machine did not work. In the bathroom, there was no shampoo and no washcloth. Finally, there was no breakfast offered. There was a coffee maker, but no tea offered. I am a tea drinker.

It had a bed. That was the highlight, plus the fridge worked.

No breakfast items or fruit - coffee machine but no coffee to go in it, or sugar or cream - I bought coffee single serve from store - standard pod will not fix in this machine = Why have the machine and not provide what works in the machine. Office staff not readily available. Lite in bathroom for two days, No Spread on beds in either room, No Waste basket in my room.

There was no toilet paper in the room, the TV didn't work but someone came from the office and hooked up the HDMI cord, the bed was sooooo hard my husband and I woke up with stiff necks, and the microwave sounds like it's being struck by lightening

Sheets and pillow cases in our room were dirty. There even was a hole in the sheet.

Overall facilities were fine. One of two rooms was OK.

The walls are thin. You could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. The room was a bit dirty for my partner's taste, I honestly can't complain. She did however find the mattress with dark stains and that freaked us out a bit.

The 1st thing that comes to mind is the swimming pool not working, I had plans to have a swimming party with my partner and family. But no pool, also management was hard to get in touch with, as i arrived for check in no one was at the office luckly the maintenance workers dropped what they had to do to call management for check in. Also , ice machines and vending machines need to be upgraded and at working conditions, also the locations laundry mat needs to be upgraded to have CSC PAY MOBILE option for washing clothes!!

I enjoyed the room and the coziness of privacy, I also enjoyed the fact that maintenence staff was very friendly and very helpful with my inquiries! This place will have a place in my heart as I worked up to watching my morning cartoons!! Not to mention fast food restaurants were just a walk down the street very convenient!!

My biggest complaint is that the Ice Machine was broken and had been that way for a LONG time, either Fix it or get rid of it. Also, they need to empty the trash cans in the parking area more frequently, trash was overflowing from the containers.

This was an older, but nicely re-modeled motel.
