The population both in the hotel and the outside neighborhood was very bad. I felt like I was at a drug rehab center.. The place was full of messed up people. They must be giving vouchers to the homeless, drug attics or something similar.. The area does not feel safe. To many people with to many problems. I would never go there again.

There were a lot of druggies, drug sales going on and every time we went outside, Denver Police Department was there. I didn’t always feel safe.

I liked having the 2 separate bed rooms and that it was like a mini apartment.

People hanging out doing drugs. One was waiving a weapon around. The person at the hotel Had to slide a little window plate to see if i was safe. They seemed scared to let anyone in

As soon as I got into the room noticed it smelled like cigarettes even though it stated it was a non smoking room. On top of that the bedsheets were dirty and the couch was full of nasty white stuff all over. I went over to front desk to ask to cancel the stay and she stated the manager had to do that and to call back the next day. I called 3 times and emailed on the next day and didn’t receive a response. I also called today left a voicemail and have yet to hear from the manager about my refund. I had to end up booking another room at another facility I wasn’t even offered another clean room from them either! Worst hotel DO NOT STAY HERE! it seems like there is nothing but homeless in this place everything smells like cigarettes and there’s dog poo all over the yard!

They do not properly announce on this website that their hotel is 'Dogs Only'. It is in a very obscure place on a separate website that we had not known of before this. We were bringing a cat with us, and were told that we were unable to bring the cat into the hotel after I had already paid the total for the hotel and the pet fee. I was charged the late cancellation fee, even though the circumstances were outside of our control.

The hotel seemed alright, however I can't speak positively about any part in the hotel, as I hadn't stayed long enough to gather a positive experience.

It was disgustingly dirty with black mold everywhere. The staff was very rude. I checked out immediately after walking in & seeing the room in unfit living conditions & am STILL trying to receive a refund for this incident.

Our room was very dirty and had opened soda bottles and empty bathroom supplies as well as hair all over the tub. We stayed for 5 nights and never once was offered housekeeping or extra toiletries and constantly had to go to the office to ask for items. The fire alarms went off constantly and there was no apology or communication from the property management even though I was the person to go to the office while the entire building was under fire alarms and other guests continued going in and out without being stopped. I was charged a “deposit” when I arrived after booking online so that was also very disappointing. There was a literal KNIFE in our sleeper bed so I refused to open it any further after finding it.

The only nice thing was the doors locked on every building from the inside.

EVERYTHING; There were drug transactions going on ALL day right outside of the building and every single tenant there was high on some drug.

The absolute worst experience. Of my life. All I have to say is: GHETTO!

Charged twice for "incidental" fees, ordered 2 bed room and was given the wrong room; it made me feel like the staff was untrained with the computer system and didn't know how to access the correct information. Mostly the environment felt unsafe (ex found people sleeping in the stairwells, people roaming the halls all night long, etc).

Staff worked to resolve issues. When given the wrong room they gave me two connecting rooms to resolve the issue.
