It was so hot our air kept coming on right next to our beds which wasn’t great. Also the blanket that goes with the sofa bed was awful. Pool was pretty cold too but still overall I’d come back.

Over great staff & good hotel. Pool & Hot tub were fun for kids!

The chlorine smell from the pool was overbearing when you walked into the pool area and the water was murky/cloudy. The free/included breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had.

Property is beautiful. A walk away from Twin Peaks (amazing bar/restaurant). Cute sitting areas out front and out back of the hotel.

The breakfast Great! Didn't need to leave the building for breakfast that morning, I was exhausted after a long drive. I ate and went back to sleep lol. The floor was nice, quiet and peaceful. Staff was also very helpful and greeting.

The rooms were small, but had a lot of storage space. There were no frying pans?

The food was mediocre. We were served through COVID guidelines and so that may have affected the outcome. I would prefer to serve myself in this type of situation.

The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear the guests next door with their loud music. But to be fair, we have 4 kids (including 3 and 5 yr old boys), so we probably contributed our fair share of noise.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, even though I wiped things down (my personal process). The kitchenette was great...there was a refrigerator, stove, sink, dishwasher (didn't use it). Great value and location.

I loved my stay! I just wish the fireplace was available during my stay…it was when I visited the facility and booked my room a couple weeks earlier. I didn’t know we had to schedule a room cleaning. I wish extra coffee and towels were provided automatically. FYI Active 3 year olds should be booked in first floor rooms or not above other guests. :-) We didn’t have anywhere to go so we tolerated the noise. But after listening to this maddening mystery pounding back and forth on our ceiling from 8pm to after midnight we called the front desk. The running stopped for a bit and the continued until 3 am. It started again at 8am and later I went upstairs to identify the noise. The tired mom answered and apologized for her 3 year old running sound the small room. We felt bad for her. I guess they checked out that day.

So many conveniences were packed into one small space-kitchen (plates, toaster, cups, full size coffee maker, etc), mini office, comfy sitting and sleeping area, breakfast in bed table. Not to mention free breakfast, pool, whirlpool, 24hr fitness center and guest laundry, conversation dining area, snacks/frozen dinners, 24/7 fresh coffee/tea bar in the lobby, and an outside fireplace BBQ area (I wish the fireplace didn’t close down for winter). The staff was incredible!! Friendly and welcoming all the time!!!! It was really close to my Christmas Trolley light tour.
