We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only thing I did not like was the single coffee maker that was in the room. It seemed to be dirty and did not make good coffee. My recommendation would be maybe to upgrade these coffee pots.
The food was amazing and the hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone and defiantly would stay again.

United StatesNo elevator to second floor. A lot of walking to reach the room if you enter from the main entrance. If you use one of the outside staircases, they are very narrow and a bit tricky to navigate while carrying luggage or coolers. Extremely tiny bathroom, although the sink was separate from the toilet and bath, which was helpful.
The room was very spacious. Extremely comfortable bed, although the pillows were on the firm side. Good buffet breakfast. Liked having a small refrigerator and a microwave. Plenty of hot water on demand! Beautiful location!

In this world of electronics it was hard to charge up our stuff for the night with one outlet working. Also thought it was a bit of a fire hazard if someone decides to force it.

Clean, spacious room. Easy check-in, convenient location to hiking. 24 hour front-desk staff allowing for late-arrival and early departure (a lot of the smaller places in the area don't have this). Staff gave me a free muffin!
