Understandably, because it is so conveniently right off 81, there is a lot of traffic noise. But they provide a noise machine for that.

They have thought of everything you could need in the small space and have made the outdoor area very inviting for family fun. The gardens were beautiful.

The constant traffic noise from the highway detracted from the tranquil property. An a la carte breakfast or snack menu would be nice, like fresh breads with spreads and yogurt, to complete the bed and breakfast vibe.

A beautifully maintained property with activities for the family and plenty of places to relax outdoors. Close to other local attractions like a covered bridge and Shenandoah Cavern. Everything was so thoughtful, from excellent coffee selections and water bottles, to white noise machines and plenty of towels and soap. We were very well taken care of.

It was close to a hey and you could hear traffic. Also air conditioner did not keep us as cool as we would have liked.

Pretty much everything. Check in was super easy. The back yard is full of yard games and things to do.

The air conditioner was just ok. I had no problem with the level of coolness but my husband had a hard time getting to sleep until the air conditioner worked for a few hours to cool the room down. We were in an upstairs room.

Since the facilities are older, if we wanted to use the microwave or blow dryer, we would have to unplug the heater to not blow a circuit, and we had to keep the sink on a little bit so the pipes would not freeze. This was no problem for us, and was all explained very clearly at the start.

The location of this inn was beautiful, we were very close to the downtown area, and less than 20 minutes away from Bryce Resort, where we were skiing. The background scenery was beautiful, and the room we stayed in was well decorated and cozy. The shower was small, and the room itself was pretty small as well, but it gave it a more cozy feel. There was a TV with free movies, as well as Netflix you could sign into if you wanted. The driveway had multiple parking spots, and there was room for four guest cars in the driveway itself as far as we could tell. There was also a big backyard area with a firepit, swing set, and yard games that we did not take advantage of but looked super cute. During our stay, the temperature dropped below freezing, but the space heater in our room kept the room plenty warm. When we arrived, the host met us at the front door and personally showed us to our room. She was very sweet and accommodating and we felt right at home during our stay here. Definitely recommend staying at the inn instead of a chain hotel for a more at home feel with a personal touch and a beautiful view.
