The coffee was *memorably* terrible - truly the worst I think I've ever had. If you were to up your game here, the breakfast offering would be practically perfect!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a "grab and go" breakfast available. The muffins and parfaits were excellent. It made for an excellent send-off before we hit the road!

I did not like that the air conditioner could not be set to the setting you chose. And it was a pull out sofa not a twin bed. They are trying hard to be a 5star hotel but they really need to work on the room. The outlets offered was also an issue, no updated plugs for electronics. And with so many people staying to travel to Yellowstone that’s an issue.breakfast is only a very small offering of grab and go.

I loved this hotel had a washer/dryer that was amazing, we had been traveling for 10 days so this was excellent. It also has a private parking garage. Walkable to great restaurants.

Disappointed in the breakfast at a 4-star hotel. When booking it stated breakfast included. This is an incorrect statement. It should have been stated as a grab and go breakfast. I was not expecting to have to eat cereal, juice and muffins every day. Also, there was a couple of chairs to sit and no tables. We would have to take it back to our room on second floor to eat. I was expecting a nice complete hot breakfast with a dining area to enjoy our meals. Parking was limited and difficult to maneuver. One night had to park on the street because no parking was available in the hotel area.

The location was great. Located within walking distance to the main downtown are where most of the shops are located as well as the restaurants. Good location between Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks.

No fault of the hotel, but the people above us walked loudly on the floors so the room wasn't particularly quiet at night. The hotel had just done a deep cleaning, so our washer didn't work because the water hadn't been hooked back up. Little things that were just kind of annoying when trying to have a stress free vacation.

Staff was lovely and attentive. Breakfast was nice. We had nice massages, but the door to the massage room was near some sort of back room for employees and you could hear their conversation. But the staff here is super friendly and helpful, so it really made up for the little things that were slightly annoying. Overall a nice stay.

The whole reason I chose this property was because it had underground parking that we never got to use due to it being out of order. Slipping around on ice is what I wanted to prevent. Breakfast on the go needs to start earlier, ppl are going out to do things and would like something to snack on.. we were in the building behind the main building where 2 different rooms had our kids but we couldn’t get in to their building until we had them come down to let us in. There should also be a cover overhead between buildings. For the price I don’t see why something isn’t already there.

The breakfasts were good but could have been more substantial. More protein options like a breakfast burrito or some boiled eggs?

The staff were very nice and the shuttle bus driver to the ski resort was especially patient with so many people eager to get on the mountain or back to the hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect.

Some of the front of desk staff were not as professional as we would have expected. They were slovenly, feet up, and surfing on their cell phones or reading their books.

Great apartment with good facilities. Super cleaning staff who very helpful. The gym was extremely well equipped and well laid out.

facility is worn, room wasn’t dirty but tired and showing wear. Noise from units above, floor/ceiling needs better underlayment to mute noise transmission. Guest room lighting is not good.

Suite was very dark and dreary. No views from the rooms. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7:15. Price point was way too high. Suite didn’t have a wall that went all the way up so the bedroom was impacted by the light or noise from someone in the living area so not a true suite. Barn doors were loud and didn’t offer privacy between areas.

Grab and Go breakfast items were very good. Location was great, could walk to restaurants and shops and the rodeo.
