Location, Breakfast, Room with kitchen, living, bedroom, great shower, washer, dryer in unit, balcony, right in tow, everything walkable, easy to drive to Tetons and Yellowstone. Staff was great! Restaurant great. Some parking inside garage just off of lobby.

lighting could've been a bit better and parking was tight but overall it was a nice stay.

The location was very good and the attached restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was grab and go with yogurt, muffins, juice coffee.

The floors were a little thin so we could hear the foot traffic in the room above us. The hotel is also on a street corner so the noise can be distracting.

Breakfast or at least coffee and hot water should be set up earlier. 7:15am is just too late for most people.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived about 10.30pm and the doors were locked! Had to call someone to come out.

Spacious room, with kitchen and sitting area. Included breakfast had a good variety of options. Off the main streets in Jackson, so quiet.

The coffee was *memorably* terrible - truly the worst I think I've ever had. If you were to up your game here, the breakfast offering would be practically perfect!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a "grab and go" breakfast available. The muffins and parfaits were excellent. It made for an excellent send-off before we hit the road!

I did not like that the air conditioner could not be set to the setting you chose. And it was a pull out sofa not a twin bed. They are trying hard to be a 5star hotel but they really need to work on the room. The outlets offered was also an issue, no updated plugs for electronics. And with so many people staying to travel to Yellowstone that’s an issue.breakfast is only a very small offering of grab and go.

I loved this hotel had a washer/dryer that was amazing, we had been traveling for 10 days so this was excellent. It also has a private parking garage. Walkable to great restaurants.

Disappointed in the breakfast at a 4-star hotel. When booking it stated breakfast included. This is an incorrect statement. It should have been stated as a grab and go breakfast. I was not expecting to have to eat cereal, juice and muffins every day. Also, there was a couple of chairs to sit and no tables. We would have to take it back to our room on second floor to eat. I was expecting a nice complete hot breakfast with a dining area to enjoy our meals. Parking was limited and difficult to maneuver. One night had to park on the street because no parking was available in the hotel area.

The location was great. Located within walking distance to the main downtown are where most of the shops are located as well as the restaurants. Good location between Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks.

Restaurant closed. Tiny corner to grab breakfast that you had to eat in your room. Long wait to get anyone at the reception. Broken dishwasher.
