Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesConfusing shuttle service, we ended up paying for a taxi because we thought they ended for the evening. A more clear automated message on their phone would help. Close to the airport, but a bit dated, making it hard to justify the cost. Restaurant downstairs is insanely expensive, $50ish per person just for a breakfast buffet.
Ease of access to the airport, nice rooms. Starbucks downstairs was convenient. Clean, comfortable.

United StatesPool area was not clean: in an hour, no staff cleared out trash and used towels left on pool furniture and floor. Tiles in hot tub and pool were clearly not cleaned in a while. Guests had scratched their initials in the scum.

United StatesThere was no parking and stressed us out we had to park in red zone for the day and night. Also, front staff was confusing and not clear. They didn’t tell us to use the key card to access the 6th floor on the elevator and we were getting annoyed going up and down. Then we asked where to park for long term parking and one lady told me across at the other lot, and another guy told me anywhere around the hotel. Also, wish the pool had a shallower area.
Beds and room were comfortable. Food from at restaurant was yummy. Liked there was a Starbucks. Loves that the pool didn’t have lots of chlorine. It was nice to swim in.

United Arab EmiratesLimited ability to get things as there is no shops in close vicinity. I would still keep it as an option if I need it as an overnight stay at the airport. Didn't have the same standard that I had stayed in Westins in the UAE, so I was disappointed.
Good value as we needed an overnight stay close to the airport after a late arrival from overseas before continuing our journey on the next day. Shuttle from the airport and team were great room was great as well with high levels of comfort.

United StatesThe coffee machine in my room, #611 was broken. Considering your at an airport hotel, often the reason you are there is to rise early to catch an early flight, so not being able to having a cup off coffee was a disappointment. They do have a Star Bucks in the Lobby - but your shelving out $5.00 for what was advertised as free in your room.
Room was large, stylish with comfortable chair to read in and a great desk set up. Bathroom and shower were clean and also well appointed. Mattress Linens and Pillows very comfrtable.
