Check out was too early. 10 AM. And they did not allow us to have a one hour later check out. They said they were too busy, yet the lobby was completely empty when we checked out at 10. There were also very few cars in the parking lot and very few guests at the hotel.

The location was good and it was comfortable.

This hotel has clearly seen better days. In winter time it's clear this is a good location for winter sport activities with a chair lift right in front of the hotel. In summer time however, there's not much to do and it's meant as a stopover coming from the Rocky Mountains. It'd have been an okay stay wouldn't the room have been boiling hot at night due to the lack of air-conditioning. The hotel itself needs serious maintenance. The room itself was okay but the bathroom was very small and can't accommodate 2 people at the same time. Everything else feels a little old and run down. Although competitively priced against nearby rivals we still expected more from this place.

We booked this hotel because other places in the area were a lot more expensive. The hotel is close near Winter Park which has several good restaurants.

No Air Conditioning. It was a hot night and the van just didnt make things much better. The pool and hot tub area was filled with weeds on the deck.

The burners in the kitchenette were terrible I struggled to turn them on struggled to turn them off and couldn’t really tell what temp they were and they both turned on or off together. We had a room with an arched window and the curved part was not covered so we got woken by sunlight earlier than desired.

The location was excellent and the staff were super helpful. The beds were comfortable and the water got hot (for showers ). Having the box fan available was nice too.

The coffee we had in the room was weak. When I asked for more coffee, there was only one pack of each brand offered. Check-out time is too early.

Almost everything about are stay was great. The coffee was weak and only one brand was in the room. The spiral staircase was some what difficult to climb. Our stay was just fine for the most part.

The parking lot is very dark with minimal lighting dangerously dark if you can’t park close to hotel entrance. Outlet placement not conveniently placed in units to use ironing board or fan if your stay is during the summer months as there is no Ac.

This property is where we stay for the Jazz Festival it is convenient with easy access getting in and out of the property

the noise from highway 40. Kept us awake as we had to open the windows to cool the unit, #425.

We liked that we were upgraded to a suite with a kitchen but wished it had been on the backside of the building. Since there isn't a/c, we had to open windows but the traffic on 40 is quite loud. We muffled it slightly by using the noisy fan. That made sleeping less than ideal. It detracted from an otherwise excellent stay.

Bed was too soft. It's great that the hotel is pet friendly! The only issue we ran into with my dog was that our room and the room next door were connecting rooms with a door in-between. There was a dog in the other room, and the dogs could see and smell each other under the door. This made the dogs too excited and they barked for a while. Next time we'll ask for a room without a connecting room next door.

Hotel is in a great location, close to the Village. Room was clean and it had a fridge, microwave and plenty of space. The place is pet friendly and always has treats for dogs.

For the price, compared to other places in winter park, The Vintage was really nice. Good value for the price. I didnt like their pillows but thats a personal preference. Overall, really nice and I will stay there again.

The hallway was hot and we couldn't get our room cooled down, so we were too hot to sleep well. The bathroom was tight with the door in the way of the shower.

The pillows were a wonderful surprise, because they were great! The location to get down to the village was Great! We loved everything down there!
