Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumSmall detail but air conditioning in room was loudest ever. We had to switch it off at night. Room floor a bit slanted, but otherwise excellent boutique hotel recommended for a nice short relaxing stay in Kanab.
Excellent reception services, all our questions answered with a big smile. Room was cozy with all you need for a short stay. If something was missing, reception helped immediately. Breakfast was good, fresh eggs and variety of lighter options for 10USD / day. Good location to start your explorations in Bryce Canyon and Zion. Very quiet town to return to after a busy hiking day. Rooms have big soft beds with good bedding.

I can’t say enough about the Canyons Boutique Hotel. The accommodations and lobby are lovely. This hotel has atmosphere in spades! The $10 breakfast is worth every penny. We had a small emergency during our stay and the staff were super accommodating and helpful, honouring each of our requests for assistance. I would love to stay here again!

United StatesIt didn't have a pool, but their sister Property is right across the street and they told us we could use it, It's literally a 5 minute walk. So that made everything all the more great. I love this place!
The rooms were beautiful, the jetted tub was wonderful after all day in the heat and dust of our adventures. The staff were so so nice! I definitely want to go back to Kanab just to stay there again. The breakfast in the morning was good, That is not included in the room rental. It's an extra $10 for adults and $6 for children but it was worth it (being that it was a buffet) Definitely would recommend!
