Lack of a good heater for the room. Jacuzzi tub not working was a disappointment, but not a deal killer. The bed could have used better pillows and the drawers on the dresser need some work to make them more usable.

Close to the beach, many restaurants and artisanal breweries. Staff was helpful. Location was excellent. Beds were comfy. Do wish they had a better heating system and that the jacuzzi tub was operational. Television was excellent and had many streaming channels to select from.

Rundown building, takes some getting used to. I stayed in a studio or as the front desk called it, penthouse. The spa does not work. The power outlet in the bathroom did not work. There is a stove and oven but nothing to cook nor eat with. The AC/ heater unit was falling apart. Just glad I did not need it. Chairs are cold stainless steel.

Location is nice. It is near a very quiet public beach. Groceries and restaurants are walking distance. The sheets and bed were clean. The staff were nice. Assigned free parking. Big TV.

There was no ac and they couldn't locate my reservation when she had contact me that morning for my card info so check in took a long time the white lady in the front was very unorganized wrote down my card info on a piece of paper on the front desk so anyone can see it she was up outside drunk at 2am being loud.

The bathroom towel rack was broken off the wall and there was no hairdryer.

The location is great. I was worried that there would be too much neighbor noise, but the bedroom was towards the front corner of the apartment and I did not hear any.

We really didnt have any big issues that ruined our stay. There are a few touch ups that needed to be taken care of, but it didnt make our experience bad enough to give it a sad face. I wont give it a 5 star because it isnt but we will be back again because it was a nice place.

We loved the staff!! she was friendly and very professional. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She brought us over little cushions to sit on while we sat on the little "porch". The location was fantastic. Able to walk down to eat at the Social Tap and back without any issues. The room was nice enough for the price. Had a fridge and a microwave available the beds were very comfortable. No issues with the bathroom either. It was clean and did not feel like a grungy motel. There is even a couple of bbq's to use and nice size picnic tables.

Overall, property is old and need more and better improvements. Room we were originally assigned to had no hot water. Ran faucets after a while and still no hot water. Went to front desk/office and informed staff and we changed rooms. Also at first room, there were dirty clothes that belonged to other guest(s). First room did not have trash bin 🗑️ in the bathroom and fridge area. Second room we transferred to was a little better. Fridge/Bar area faucet squirts everywhere when you turn on hot water knob. While sleeping, early in the morning, we heard someone trying to open our door! We yelled at whoever it was and the person replied, Sorry - just trying to get a key out. Good thing it was not in the middle of the night! Because, in the middle of the night, we were awaken when a fire truck and paramedics where at the property. We heard a paramedic on the parking lot asking a guest if they called for Paramedics? Property needs lots of improvements inside and out. Good location though. Staff Joseph was helpful.

I just didn’t like the people that seemed to live in the corner there. And my friend got his electric scooter stolen, in one quick moment. After him expressing that he isn’t someone to be messed with, they returned it.

There are homeless people living there. What I mean is there are former homeless people who get benefits and live there in the rooms .Cigarettes butts everywhere and one woman threw up on the stairs. Music loud in one room and people going in and out 24 hours a day. So, ask for a room upstairs and you should be o.k. as they all stay downstairs .

3 blocks to the beach is outstanding for the price . The room was o.k. and had fridge to but the light on the table was out like a light

We stayed last year and things have definitely turned for the worst. Half of the customers must be staying with government vouchers. The room on one side had a barking dog with it's yelling human all night. The other side slammed his door all hours of the night. People were smoking in the non-smoking rooms. People were wandering the hallway and parking area all night. No key dropoff box.

Repeat visit, awesome location within a block of the beach.
