I didn't like the fact that the people above me made noise walking hard for 4 nights disturbing me after many complaints the walls are thin that was construction going on you can hear people walking by having conversations. The area is okay but being from New York it takes a lot to impress me but nice if you need to get work done and are coming just to relax, if you're a Solo Traveler it's a looooot of families nice hotels bus stop is up the block but limited variety of food or shopping. But what you need is there supermarket, liquor store, Spanish food, Greek food and you're near the Edition Hotel. One block away from the beach which is a bonus.

Somethings were not clean, like microwave, bathroom. The local has two gates that you have to enter your code to get in. However one of the gates was always open and was not supervised at all, allowing anyone to get in. I didn’t feel it was a safe place.

We booked this property, but at the time of check-in, the owner changed our property, even though it was confirmed already. This isn't very clear, and this is the imbalanced situation for gusts. If you book and confirm someone else and stay somewhere else.

I wasn't sent the check-in details (no room details, no digicode, wifi password, no facilities list, nothing!) prior to arrival so I was on the phone to them outside the property for 30 minutes trying to sort out everything. The codes they sent us didn't work - thankfully the cleaner was there to help us.

The accommodation arranged for us to be picked up from the airport which was lovely. The location was amazing! Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and public transportation was very accessible. There were restaurants and shops nearby. The cleaner was very helpful when we arrived (the afternoon of 17 April). The rooftop was a nice surprise, a very chill spot.

Just some inconveniences: bad sound isolation, pillows on the bed very uncomfortable, couldn't sleep well on them. Would like the windows in the room to be more clean to look through them. Couldn't use TV, mostly Spanish speaking channels, would like to be some music channel and YouTube channel. And also I was very concerned with the online registration form in which you should give confidential information including your credit card. I would like it to be done in some other more safe way.

The room was clean and quite big. There is everything that you need for a short trip in the room including small kitchen, all the basic staff. Also it's very close to the beach which was wonderful. I also liked that there were some grocery stores and cafe near by and the bus stop walking distance away. So it was good stay for a decent price. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay in Samantha by Lowky, it's very important that they were quick with their response to my requests via phone and I also liked that they messaged me the reminders and some pleasant notices. Thank you!

Can’t fault it, the staff were helpful when we couldn’t work out how to input the code for the key but it was sorted straight away. I’ve seen comments about the window view being of building works, which it is but we didn’t stay for the view we went out and explored each day. If you want somewhere that’s clean, spacious, handy to local amenities and bus route for a reasonable price then book here.

The property was clean and spacious and was perfect for a 4 night stay. It’s close to supermarkets and the boardwalk down to South Beach, or to hire bikes.

The area was great. Close to everything and safe. The Samantha staff were always available via E-Mail and always answered right away. The room was spacious but only a small window which you can't open therefore the rooms smell a bit. However, this would not stop me booking again. I was lucky with my stay. Could be worse.

The bed was so cheap, making squeaky sound every time I turn. Also there is no sound proof on the ceiling. We could hear every step that upstair people make which was very annoying.

Location! Very close to the beach Middle beach is a good area that you can stay with your family. No parties. Also you have all basic stuff in the kitchen.

The door's electronic lock was out of batteries and we were not informed. So it took about 20+ minutes before we successfully entered the room.

There is no physical reception to welcome you, to get your apt number and the codes to access you need to have internet or mobile credits to be able to reach a staff member. Also, the rooftop was not cleaned (floor disgusting and very sticky), the reality is way far from the pictures.

The staff was very quick to respond by email or phone, even late night. The location was very good, near to the beach. The bed was comfortable. The apartment has everything you need
