It was exactly what we were looking for. A really unique place in a beautiful setting, with lovely staff. Would highly recommend to visitors to the Catskills!

The location was perfect as we attended our grandson's wedding at the Roxbury Barn and Estate and it was close to other members of our family who had rented airbnb. Absolutely loved the Audrey Hepburn, Breakfast at Tiffany's theme!!

The room facilities are very new and clean. The room is a bit mini. I like the appearance of the house from the outside. The door is also very beautiful. One of the rooms we stayed in leads to the lawn in the backyard. The outdoor flowers are very beautiful. The environment is very suitable for taking pictures and taking a nap. The price is a bit high, and the breakfast is also very good.

Wasn’t unsure of the pool and hot tubs rules and sign up. Think rules were a leftover from Covid.

The grounds and theming were beautiful! I loved the charm of the resort and each Indian themed room. Check in was smooth and robes/ slippers were an unexpected surprise!

Our room was on the small side. There is absolutely zip to do in this tiny town. Stay away from The Old Mill as a restaurant next door. Nothing was as represented. It would take too long to explain and this is not a restaurant review.

The owners did not cheap out on anything. It is very nicely done.

The spa was so well maintained and the privacy was a lovely treat

This was a whimsical, quirky, and weirdly lavish delight. Kim at the front desk was so pleasant to speak with and offered us local insights about things to do about town.

Such a fun concept! It really is a motel but they have themed each room with fun details related to the central them of the room. The Sparkle spa was a fun extra! Hot tub and dry sauna, very clean and sparkly! They have enough sign up for your breakfast choices (continental) and you pick up your bag in a designated area where fresh fruit, coffee and tea are also available. Last minute trip so glad we found it!

Super clean, fun rooms, and the easiest check-in I've ever had in my life (and a very cool woman at the front desk). Also, we were a little delayed checking out and nobody bothered us about it.

Only issue was the chirping of the smoke detectors at 5 AM which is really no one‘s fault.

Place was kind of funky, but definitely clean and well-maintained. The suite we had was spacious and comfortable.

The whole concept of unique rooms was super fun and well executed. The beds are super comfortable! The spa areas were an awesome treat.

Beautifully kept, the decor is superb while the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every need we had. The common areas were kept spotless and our room was clean, comfortable, while every detail was accounted for.

The shower head was horrible. Water dribbled out. It was comical because of how wonderful everything was... Like how would I forget to give fantastic shower heads. Lol The lack of Internet is an issue. They give u wifi so I'm the room is good but as soon as you leave...to the cute town.. there is nothing!

The rooms were so unique. Clean and the attention to detail was just fantastic. The whole facility was just wonderful.

Only issue was that the CO alarm went off at about 5:30 AM. The heat was not on, the window was open (very much appreciated being able to open a window for fresh air). Stopped after about 20 seconds but there was no sleeping after that.

Location where we stayed was wonderful. Took the opportunity to visit the falls in the other location.
