Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThere’s not anything I didn’t like. If I had any thing that I think could have been or be better this is what I’ll share. It took the hot water a while to warm up (you had to keep the cold water off initially. It could impact from the cold front so it’s understandable.), there weren’t any identifiable fans in the bathroom (especially the toilet area which was odd to me), and what would have been the fridge in our room was filled with highly overpriced items so we couldn’t really have leftovers from any of our outings. It was actually fun looking at the item list price vs what we’ve paid for those items outside of the hotel. I thought it was too pricey for the overall stay/experience. Don’t get my wrong it’s a beautiful hotel, in a great location, and many other things, but I do think it could be a couple hundred dollars less per night regardless of the 5-star status. I’m glad we got to go and experience the stay as a date night/gift to my wife to wrap up the Valentine’s love week I planned. We’ll see what the future brings on another visit.
The property was beautiful and I think the staff made it that much more enjoyable. The restaurants, wine bars, and others within and around were much appreciated. We were able to take advantage and enjoy a couple of places. The room was lovely! The view was amazing and the bathtub was probably my favorite amenity lol. We’re both a sucker for a relaxing tub that we can stretch out in completely and woosah. The room was clean and we appreciated the extra touches such as the umbrella, emergency flashlight, light in the closet, tv in the bathroom, lighting options, automatic curtains, and the dual tv’s (bed and lounge areas).

Breakfast was great - we ate at the Bloom and Bee; beautiful setting and great meal. I highly recommend to anyone looking for lovely options for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a beautiful atmosphere. We ate dinner one night at Willie G's and another at the local brew pub - both were amazing and had great food. I highly recommend Willie G's, you can walk from the Post Oak and the brew pub in on the first floor, great for arrival night as it's casual and high energy.
