We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere were some problems w my door to whereas it wouldn’t stay closed and it was able to be opened without a key at certain periods of the night. I stayed here with my 10 yr old daughter so it was pretty alarming.
The staff and everyone was great. The room service was effective and quick and friendly, very accommodating.

United StatesThe exterior of the hotel and some interior was worn down. Wasn't great walking up and down three flights of stairs, especially if you don't like sitting in a room all day. Cable and water pressure weren't great. Very firm mattress.

United StatesBeing woke up by two prostitutes knocking on my door at 2 AM. The building exterior and pool needs to makeover. It looks like it’s in progress because there have been some upgrades to the room so I guess they just haven’t gotten to it yet.
I was able to get a good nights rest most of the night. I actually enjoyed my stay overall. Their prices are budget friendly, the room was clean and did not smell like cigarette smoke or weed smoke. There was no bedbugs or roaches. There was hot water unlike another property that I booked where I had to take a cold shower and sleep in my car which is where I am as I am typing this review wishing that I just extended my stay another night instead of booking somewhere else because it was $10 cheaper. Yes you get what you pay for.
