Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesNo parking, and breakfast was a horrible!! This big hotel had a breakfast area that can hold about 30 people and Hot breakfast area was only one waffle maker and one toaster for bread. The food was OLD AND STALE. And the food that was offered was : sliced bread, hard boiled eggs, dumplings ,water down OJ and apple juice. It’s was not up to par with a $300 a night price tag. We ended up going to the mall across the street to get breakfast..

United StatesThe room desperately needed new carpeting. Everything worked in the kitchenette, and it had some utensils. Unfortunately, it was decrepit, and needed to be replaced. I didn't like that the only TV was in the bedroom.
We stayed in a suite on the 11th floor. It was spacious, quiet, and very private, The room had floor to ceiling windows and operable shades. The bed had nice white linens, and was comfortable. We liked the couches in the living area. The cabinet and storage space were adequate.

United StatesMy air conditioning did not work, and I asked someone to come up twice to fix it. It would work for a couple of hours and then shut off again.
I liked the location and the room. I love the floor to ceiling windows. The location was good for where I needed to go. I did enjoy the rooftop bar! The free breakfast was good as well.

United StatesWe had a pretty nice view, but should've asked for the Citifield view :-). We would like to see the building perked up a bit, by that I simply mean updated.
LOCATION...We were central to stores, restaurants, and of course Citified! We enjoyed our stay. We used Uber to get around, when we had our fill of the local scene.

IsraelThe place needs a light renovation, the beds in the rooms are uncomfortable, even very old and unpleasant, although they try to give a feeling of cleanliness. Overall, the hotel is in a relatively fine place. There is an unpleasant smell, probably from the food that we are not used to.
The breakfast at the hotel is respectable compared to the other hotels, maybe it lacks more products such as omelettes and cheeses, there is no doubt that there is an effort and nice dishes in the dining room, thank you

United StatesThe morning breakfast was sparse and not what I would have expected from a hotel like this. The choices were very limited and the only juice choice was orange juice. There was nothing hot which was ready to eat, the only option was to make a waffle, along with everyone else trying to make one at the same time. There was no room refreshing unless you asked for it, and the lighting in the bedroom was very minimal. The bar on the hotel roof only had two wine choices, red and white, so don't stay here if you want a nice glass of wine! There are no other nearby options either.
I loved the location and its proximity to the Metro transportation system. It is definitely in an area with a lot of Chinese influence, so I enjoyed that. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our needs.

United StatesBooking stated parking, but when we arrived they said it was all taken and that we’d have to park in a mall garage. $28.00 for the 24 hr parking. Pictures make it look a lot more glamorous than it was. Rooms (I paid $336 for a queen suite) overpriced. Location in the middle of a hectic construction zone. Driving through the area is horrible. To be honest the whole part of the city is hectic and horrible drivers
Location to shopping and Citi field was good and close.
