The stairs at the facilty were a little challenging for me as an a senior /disabled person.

Inn is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The morning breakfast was very good and varied each day of our 3 day stay. Staff is wonderful and this is one of the best places we have stayed in Pacific Grove.

The bed was a little soft, the bathroom sink was very slow in draining, one day the breakfast was delicious (avocado, cheese, turkey and pesto crepe, served with fresh fruit). The second day it was okay ( French toast and fresh fruit).

Beautiful, historic home, less than two blocks from the ocean. Close to restaurants, museum of history, golf, aquarium and many other activities.

We have been there for one night. We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. The inn has really stylish decoration and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was delicious. The location is great as it is within walking distance to the Aquarium.

In the morning before the breakfast crew arrived there were no clean coffee mugs and their coffee machine was out of water. They should prepare better the night before.

The staff was extremely polite, professional and flexible! Breakfast was great and the location perfect, a short walk to all main attractions and just a few steps from the sea. I would totally recommend it!

It would've been nice if they had offered some other G/F options for breakfast—eggs perhaps, and granola and fruit. There was plenty for gluten eaters though—breads and cereals. Also they continued sending messages to me under the wrong name even though I corrected them. I guess they were confused because I booked 2 rooms, one for us and another for our friends. They also charged me for both rooms, instead of letting each couple pay separately for their room. Since our friends are from England that made it difficult for us to sort out a reimbursement plan.

All the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. It's a lovely family run business. I very much appreciated that they cooked a special gluten free French toast for me. It wasn't good, but that might be because the G/F bread they used wasn't good. But it was nice that they offered it. The room was cozy and the inn was a short walk to the water and a nice walk to restaurants.

The view rooms are on the street side so you can hear the traffic, the garden view rooms looked like a better choice. The room is a bit bright in the morning. You have to go downstairs for breakfast, can't bring food up to the room. The cookies left out the night before for guests were stale.

This place does have a lot of old fashioned charm. It was easy to find parking and the staff members were very friendly. The patio is lovely. The room was pretty but a bit small, it was hard to find a place to put our bags. The view of the bay was not that great, mostly telephone poles, I think the garden view would be better. We liked the fireplace for heat, and the two chairs to sit in. The coffee is excellent. The breakfast was good but odd, being a croissant with tomato, avocado and hard boiled egg, seemed like lunch. You can easily walk to the water. Great location!

Not much of a choice. A nice egg casserole and diced fruit with muffins or toast would have been better. Cook was friendly and helpful but just bare minimums.

Cold hard boiled eggs set out without ice. French toast was great but I can't have bread...no other real options. Coffee espresso machine was great.

Bathroom in Crows Nest was fine but could use some updating. Breakfast could start a little earlier than 8:30.

Beautiful, graceful, well kept old Victorian with decor, charm and personnel to match. Location was fantastic, the hotel was spacious and very welcoming. Enjoyed the custom cooked breakfast and excellent service. We will come back :)
