Beautiful surroundings with woods and fishing pond between motel and roads. A nice deck connected to each individual room. Friendly front desk staff very accommodating to work with us checking in later. Nice stores and restaurants in the area although not plentiful I liked the small town out of the daily grind feel. Looking forward to going back again to see local Ohiophyle State Park with Cucumber falls and Fort Necessity which is right down the road.

The room are not clean enough. This is the only one drawback of this motel.

I like location and nice property. The room has patio with grill and nice view to the pond. Motel has big property which is good for freedom be outside and enjoy nature. The parking place for your car across your room. Yes , I like the motel.

NO COFFEE MACHINE - NO COFFEE MACHINE. Had to get it from my Grandson.

The shower was great hot and strong water stream. Hot water always available. Cat friend outside....

We had no issues with the property - the staff were very helpful.

The location was great. We were there during hurricane Ida - property was on high ground, We never lost power and we felt safe. Each unit has a lovely deck which we used when the rain let up. Lots to see and do nearby.

No coffee in the room. The bedding could probably use refresh/upgrade.

We booked in at the last minute on a road for an overnight stay before heading to Fallingwater and Ohiopyle. Great value and nice layout!

Really bad musty smell, ran AC constantly, sprayed disinfecting spray numerous times. Stayed 4 nights, and the smell never got better. No housekeeping service while there. But I didn't call to request. I guess for the price, I can live with no housekeeping but wouldn't stay again because of the smell.

An older property that is being updated, the bed was new and firm. I enjoyed having a deck attached to each room and the landscaping is being updated. The property is very pleasant. Also the Mayfair restaurant across the hwy is excellent.

There were some big ants occasionally spotted in the room, but nothing major.

Nice location, comfortable room, very friendly staff! The little decks outside the rooms were great, too, and ours had a nice view of the water. We ended up extending our stay one night with no issue at all.

It could have been a bit cleaner, and we wondered why new guests were moved in right next door when there seemed to be many other options (the porch is GREAT! no privacy--less great)
