Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesI really hate that they didn’t have bar soap or at least hand soap in the bathrooms and for some reason they had body soap by the sink, which seemed weird. They don’t give you very many towels so we had to ask for more. They should invest in black make up face towels for women that were make up. That would probably save them money. The Wi-Fi once again was horrible and I had to keep turning it off to use my phone which happened the last time I stayed here. They really need to look at that or else reduce the resort fee since Wi-Fi is included. There was some stain on the wall in the main room that look like blood or something strange and the bathroom had weird stains on the upper wall as well. The room was a little dusty in certain places like maybe they didn’t really clean it very thoroughly. they need to put something to separate the shower from the floor a little more because the water goes everywhere because there’s not another door just a curtain. For the amount of money charge for these rooms they definitely need to do a better job at cleaning and providing Wi-Fi that works and maybe some additional perks. Everything cost additional money which is ridiculous when these prices are already super high as it is. I really think the hotel should consider having a separate floor dedicated for families that have children. It was really annoying for a vacation to have babies screaming half the time when you’re in your room. It definitely doesn’t help with relaxation.
The location is amazing being right in the middle of the strip. I love that. It’s right there connected to the Linq Promenade, which is very convenient for quick food and drinks. I like having Ivy assist with getting things that you need instead of having to go to the front desk or call downstairs. I love being able to check out with my phone instead of having to stand in line. All of the staff I interacted with were cool. The beds were very comfortable. Also great water pressure in the shower. I love the junior suite and the fact that there’s two TVs and a sitting area that was really cool. I absolutely love how organized the men are outside the hotel at getting cabs for the guests. They kept a steady stream of cabs available at a moments notice which was much more convenient than trying to get a rideshare which is at a sketchy area in the back of the hotel.

United StatesThere was an extra charge to have a coffee maker with coffee in your room and caffeine is essential as Las Vegas is a night town. The chair in the room was tiny and uncomfortable to lounge in. There was not much counter or desk place to use. The closet was next to one of the beds and didn't have doors, but a curtain which felt cheap. The shampoo and conditioner did not clean your hair or soften it very well. The water pressure wasn't great. I couldn't take the hand lotion with me because it was in a dispenser and Las Vegas is dry! I needed lotion frequently.
The location was great! Close to all the big fancy hotels and casinos, so there was great food within walking distance!

Location was amazing.. walking distance to almost anywhere. Felt really safe for a solo tripper. The Linq promenade and a live music area is just outside the entrance of the hotel and is an amazing vibe. It is in the heart of the strip. Good views out the window. So accessible for Uber. Great staff. Nice rooms and bathroom. Great value for money.

SpainToilet was broken and water spread around every time I flushed. Access to the hotel by taxi is done via an underground entrance that looks sketchy and not trustworthy. First impression is that the taxi driver is dumping you to be robbed by an accomplice.
The location is superb.

United StatesI’m not sure the name of the bar(the one up front by the o2 bar. I ordered a summer shandy on draft and it was a cider that came out the tap. We mistakenly booked a comedy show at the box office and they would not refund our money. Having to pay for parking while staying at hotel. The room was clean but relatively small
We liked the location on the strip. We came for SEMA at the convention center so the monorail access was one of the best parts. We love the Promenade. Osheys was good and the bartenders were great. Chaya was Excellent! Food, Sevice everything. Hash House has been one of our favorites for years

United StatesI was thinking of upgrading the room at checkin, and wanted to ask the staff some questions about the upgraded rooms, but they refused to talk to me, even though there were two staff members available, the just kept telling me to use the kiosks and self-checkin. So instead of upgrading I just kept the room I had booked.
I've stayed at the hotel/casino before, and it's a really good value, and it's hard to beat the location. We stayed there two nights and walked to everything. The room is very basic, but with a few nice decor touches that makes it feel nicer. There are some good breakfast options at the hotel, and having the LINQ Promenade right outside the door, means even more options a few steps away.

United StatesOur view overlooked the hotel porte cochere and Harrah's Carnival Court outdoor stage. Be warned that the Strip view also comes with Harrah's Carnival Court downstairs which plays loud music late into the night - after midnight - so bring your ear plugs. The room was dated and could need some upgrades. Hotel corridors were dark and circuitous. They allow smoking in the casinos and hotel lobby. There was limited parking stalls in structure one (right side) but there were ample parking stalls in structure two (left side). Structure two was a sharp left (small sign) when entering the parking structure. We didn't know about structure two until after we had valet parked overnight at the Harrah's next door (expensive). Resort fee was outrageous.
The hotel is located across from Caesars Palace. We had room with a limited view of the Strip. The Bellagio is about a couple of blocks away.

ZambiaWhat i didnt like was the fact that i was meant to pay the deposit of $250 for 5 Days and i was told it will be paid back immediately when i checked out, but i checked out on Friday last week and today is 8th day after checking out and i have not received the money back.
I liked the place itself, the LINQ Hotel was good , the casino has a lot of people, but when it comes to the rooms upstairs, there was no disturbances, it was so quiet as if there are no people around, i like that.
