Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesVery small rooms, not all rooms have refrigerators, coffee or tea, and no microwave ANYWHERE in the building for guests use. The pools were only open from 9 am- 6 pm daily and pools are very small!! Parking is $20 a day.
Very convenient location on the strip, was clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Check in/ out was easy, quick, and staff was readily available to assist.

United StatesThere was one person that kind of had an attitude when I tried to call and see if my late check out time was still in effect. There want a fridge and microwave in my hotel room. It would’ve been great when I had leftovers in Vegas. At night it was kind of noisy, I could hear music and people talking.
The staff was attentive, I had a problem with the tv and they sent someone within the same night. The hotel decor was actually more presentable than I thought.

BrazilThere is no lounge in any hotels in Las Vegas to sit and rest. The Linq hotel cleaning room was not satisfied, they cleaned very well in the first two days, didn't clean in the next two days and cleaning bad in the last day but one. There's no refrigerator in the standard rooms.
The room (spacious room), the elevators availability ( there was a lot of options to get closer to the room), the hotel is very well located, and the Promenade is an open sky and a beautiful place with very accessable commerce, stores, restaurantes, bars and entertainments.

United KingdomCheck in was terrible. Firstly the automated check in machine said my room was not ready (despite it being after 8pm), so I had to stand in a queue for 20 minutes waiting for a manual check in. No ideal after a 22 hours journey.
Great central location on the middle of the strip. Nice modern hotel. Easy access to Uber and also the Monorail.

United StatesThe first room we got was not clean, there was a horrible urine smell and wet spot on the carpet. The room had been cleaned and made up. So, I am not sure why it was given out when it still had the odor and wetness. And it would be nice if there was a restaurant that was open 24 hrs.
The self check in was coinvent and easy. The upgraded room we received was nice, spacious, decorated nicely etc.

United StatesVacuuming could have been a bit more thorough. Pretty quiet, but I could hear the elevator and a squeaking from there, maybe doors closing, not sure. My light between the beds only had one bulb, so only one switch did anything. Hand soap dispenser was empty and pump was stuck in. The sink appeared to be almost clogged as well, but drained slowly.
I didn't visit the pool, only used my room and ice machine down the hall. Staff was very helpful at check in/out.
