Some trouble getting Wifi to work, but staff was able to troubleshoot that issue.

The room was looking a bit 'tired', and the bathroom could do with a refresh.

The location was perfect for what we needed it for. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We used the pool, which was great.

Really nothing I can think of!!

From first entering the office to check in, we knew we would like our stay there. The woman at the desk was friendly, and very helpful about telling us some places to eat and places to see in the area. We have told friends about our stay, and may be going back next year!

Arrived three hours early. Figured I'd at least pay and get the key for later. Very friendly woman checked me in instantly and gave me the key. Save me a two hour return trip from event.

Nothing. The accommodation exceeded expectations. We were upgraded to a larger unit at no added cost because they were not full that night. Pretty nice!

We apparently misunderstood when breakfast started . We prepaid for two breakfasts the night before, but no one was available when we expected in the a.m. Might have been our mistake??? Otherwise the stay was verg good, and a very good dollar value.

Bed might need update. Little soft. Woke with back pain. Also need to dim string of outdoor lights or get room darkening drapes. Woke up in middle of night and thought it was day time outside as my room was fully illuminated. Could use some improved sound proofing. Lot of truck noise all night.

Have stayed here several times now and they always treat me well. Spacious, clean, updated room just a couple minutes from town and from Sunday River.

the rooms were clean, breakfast was served starting at 7am- eggs, toast or waffles/pancakes you had a choice. Sylvia the waitress was friendly and got the food out quickly. the location is close to dining options and very close access to Sunday River. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Loved everything about this place! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for our needs. The hot tub was divine! But most of all THE STAFF was kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to make us happy. I will totally stay here again.

I was disappointed to find that with that increase the formerly free breakfast was no longer included but now an add on.

I've stayed here now several times and they have always been most accommodating. Prices of course have gone up and I was disappointed to find that with that increase the formerly free breakfast was no longer included but now an add on. When booking the room, I am apparently always booking their smaller rooms, but upon arrival they always offer me the more spacious accommodations in the other building due to my 6'4", 290lb. frame. This time I was in room 5 and it was most accommodating with a bathroom suitable for handicapped accessibility. Not that I required that, but it was more spacious with what appeared to be a recently renovated accessible shower with handheld shower head with multiple shower settings which is always nice. I also like the convenience of a small refrigerator and microwave to save on always going out for dinner.

Thermostat set to 62F. Room reading almost 70F. Could hear noisy heat cutting on during the night, so thermostat needs to be replaced. I also banged my knee badly in the middle of the night due to a poorly placed chair in the path from bed to bathroom. Would have been nice to know they support late check in so I didn’t need to rush.

Facilities clean and comfortable. Bed better than expected. Great location for Sunday River. Bethel close by and nice, small town. Wish I had been able to get in for the night after so I could use the hot tub post slopes.

The weather! Rainy sleet...not ideal for skiing!

Wonderful stay and exceptional service! We arrived late but the owners called and let us know where to find keys, location of the room. The hotel itself is in a great location and was a steal during a holiday weekend. When we left, one of our kids forgot his watch in the room, so they called us to let us know they had it and then came out to bring the watch out to us even though the office was closed. Absolutely above and beyond!
