I do not see the reason for charging a resort fee. Lobby with no coffee. Told reception there was no coffe left in any of the two thermos. They took one thermo, I believed to refill, but I left 15 minutes later and the refill never arrived

Its a very generic hotel, but it was ok. Clean room. Not to noisy even from the street side. Breakfast is very American style, but there is no other option in the area anyway.

The cost and benefit of the room rate is too expensive. The hotel is good, but can't compare to the luxury hotel. With this rate we can stay at the luxury hotel.

The breakfast is amazing. Many options and the cost benefit is good. The attends are helpfull and lovely. The location is very good. The bus to Grand Canyon Park pass in front of at the hotel. It's amazing. The restaurant is very nice. There is delicious food.

We are not a big fan of Taxidermy decoration at the reception, feeling like those animals are just trophies on the wall. Low ceiling in the room.

Staff of the restaurant on the ground floor. They did not show us to our table even though we had time before closing. We stayed in a suite and they did not bring our take out to our room. Also the room should be improved as the furniture was not cleaned under the furniture at all.

Where we can easily access the Grand Canyon. We can get anything we need at the nearby stores.

Restaurant was closed due to lack of staff. Charging high restaurant prices to eat in bar. We chose to eat elsewhere much better surroundings and a more reasonable price.

Overall, it’s not bad, but from the general appearance of the hotel, it seems like it would be much better. It probably gets a lot of use so there is somewhere and tear to the rooms. Seems like they had been renovated recently, but still lots of areas that were beat up, scratched up And just overused. Also, the room was not as clean as you would expect from hotel like this. Also, there was no room in the restaurant when we arrived. It was reservation only even though the main restaurant was completely shut down. We did order in the food quality was good, but it was way overpriced. This is not unique to the hotel. Being in close proximity to the Grand Canyon everything is overpriced as you would expect.

I would stay here again because it is so closely Grand Canyon and it seems like the nicest hotel that’s not inside the park. However, it would be nice to have some form of breakfast that was complementary $17 for adults and $50 for kids. It’s just ridiculous when there’s a McDonald’s right next-door and I can guarantee you that the breakfast being served at the hotel is not much better than what they serve at McDonald’s. Just do some upkeep maintenance fix some things keep it clean and the hotel would be fantastic. Your savage is amazing though! Very, very friendly and helpful!

Front desk staff- they are too much non co operative. In stead of having book from 4 pm, they asked me wait for another 40 mins at 6pm.

Didn’t like the fact that not enough restaurant options, restaurant hours and bar times were hit and miss, for the size and quality of the resort you would think there would be more offerings throughout the day and evening.

Dinners were very good but was disappointed with the breakfast buffet.

Rustic look for the Grand Canyon location. Gift shop had many native items. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Staff were knowledgeable about Grand Canyon.
