It’s a very old but classy hotel. Location is 3 blocks from the falls. In quiet area but short walk to restaurants and bars. Uncovered Parking across the building lots of space and safe. They allowed us to keep car there after check out. Rooms and bathroom are huge! Hot breakfast included.staff super nice. 19 floor has a lounge with view to falls

TV kept losing signal as did radio.

The immediate neighborhood is a depressed zone with very few restaurants and cafés. If you venture a bit away fromt he hotel, you will find a lot of boarded up houses and a school that has recently closed down. Even the hotel across from the Giacomo had been closed down and had seen better days.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the Niagara Falls and the excellent breakfast.

We got to the hotel at 4pm (was told to check in at that time) and our room wasn't ready. Had to come back in an hour. Thankfully, we just walked to the Falls to kill time, but was a little miffed that the room wasn't ready when we got there.

The free parking was excellent across the street. Breakfast was very good (minus the fact they didn't have orange juice either morning we were there). Facilities were clean. Room was big and wonderful. Bed was incredibly comfy.

We were very unsatisfied with the bartender. They were never at the bar and when you asked for service the bartender was very unpleasant and had an attitude.

The room was great, the free hot breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was excellent! we were able to walk every where.

The location was a 5 minute walk to the casino. There’s a pizza place right next door that’s open late. We didn’t know where to park when we arrived so inquired inside and the staff was so helpful, showed us where to park and gave us an extra parking pass because we had two cars. We had the jacuzzi suite. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and a bonus!

The room was poorly lit and not very big for a king room. There was no overhead lights & one of the three lamps was broken. It would have also been nice to have a microwave in the room.

The location was within walking distance of the main attractions. The breakfast had a nice variety and was warm & fresh.

We would have liked more towels. I'm sure if we asked, they would have given them. The bedspread was kind of funky and gross. Glad we brought our own blankets. Cleanliness wasn't spot on in the building, but we were comfortable.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Warren was my favorite. The bathroom was huge and I loved the shower.

Although I do love the vintage look, the hotel could use updates; not to modernize the look (the theming is perfect), just upgrade some products. I've been coming here over several years. I am not sure when this property was last renovated. Bedding has been changed out. Could use more, ie: lamps/ outlets with better USB ports. Furniture, carpet, wallpaper replacement. Keep the look, upgrade the product.

Pipes a bit creaky, but not a big deal. The biggest problem I have is it's been quite some time, and I'm still waiting to get my deposit back.

Nice room, decent-ish breakfast. Could have been a bit better in regards to the quality of the food but it's to be expected! Overall, pretty good!
