There was no refrigerator in the room. They did have an ice machine. This inconvenience was the reason that I rated the comfort lower.

The hotel was gorgeous. The location could not have been more perfect. The staff was courteous and it was the hotel was immaculate.

Wifi didn't work, it took some days when I asked for fridge in the room, fridge in hot Atlanta and in this big rooms it's such a needed thing.

Super big rooms, like an apartment, friendly staffs, good location. Love to sit on terrace after midnight and enjoy Atlanta.

When I booked a few months ago it said the pool would be open from May onwards but when we got there it was closed for maintenance. I don't understand why this maintenance couldn't have been done during the winter

The side entrance was not open from the parking garage. We (plus luggage) had to jump the sidewalk onto the surface street while walking all the way around to the front entrance and passed the valet attendants who were idle because valet parking was full. Put two of those guys (they were friendly and apologetic, on those doors.

Our room was on the Ponce intersection of Peachtree St. Side of the hotel and was super noisy till pretty late at night. Will request interior room next time!

Size of the room is great. Location is central. Atlanta's downtown just isn't bustling like similar sized cities such as Philadelphia or Washington Dc

The suite we stayed in had a very outdated kitchen. Microwave was broken. The pool was under renovation so we could use it or even go see it. We were pretty bummed about that as it was hot and we were looking forward to using it.

I was upset to find out that the pool had permanently closed due to a previous flood. I did not see that on any listing for the property and it was one of the reasons I booked here.

The hotel is amazing! I love the history it offers. The staff were friendly and the Concierge was so helpful in finding us things to do and see while we were there.

Did not find extra blankets in room and it got a bit chilly.

Upgraded to 2 bedroom suite which was very roomy and spacious. Would have enjoyed a few extra items such as wine key and a fridge perhaps. We called downstairs for a wine key and was told there were none which was a bit odd for a high end hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Valet team were the BEST! So helpful and friendly. Front desk was great, housekeeping does an amazing job as it was very clean. Our favorite staff member was Earnie who served us in the Livingstone. He is a GEM! Hang on to him as he is all about the guest experience.

The dated Kitchen, appliances and grout in the bathroom shower were old.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite; the size was great. The overall appearance was okay, but it was a little dated. The grout in the tiling was old, and the bed sheets were stained, but when addressed with staff, they apologised and offered a discount on my stay. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast was excellent; the food was made exactly how I requested it. Location is great but o local shops. The door staff and main desk staff are very helpful and respectful. My only complaint is the dated kitchen. The units are incredibly dated and the appliances. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. Would I stay again? Yes/
