The hotel was nice it was about average hotel. All of the coworkers were very pleasant and easy going to work with. My biggest concern was that we had to keep calling the receptionist and keep going down there to ask for blankets for the pull out couch and extra towels between the hours of 7-10 pm. 3 hours total on and off we had to deal with trying to obtain something so simple which was really frustrating. The bartenders on the other hand were awesome!

It was a nice hotel but overpriced, definitely not a 4 star resort, didn’t have a buffet restaurant where to have breakfast, it just had a food truck outside and a little bar with no variety of drinks, definitely didn’t worth the price. Housekeeping came very late at about 5pm when we’re resting. Random people at the pool, there was no regulation of guest

Great value for money, cool pool (very much needed with the heat), handy bar with ability to order in food. Zoe behind the bar was brilliant and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her.

The room wasn’t very clean and room cleaning service was missed a couple of times. It would be great if there were more side tables near sunbeds around the pool.

We loved the pool facilities and the overall territory around the hotel. Staff was great, nice food and drinks at the bar. The room was spacious and had everything you generally need.

Construction, checkin location due to location. Shuttle charge, was free last year. I don't appreciate being charged a donation to an organization I don't recognize nor did I approve. Want a donation?...tell me about it and explain it to me, don't just automatically put it on my card!

Resort fee was supposed to include the shuttle. That’s not the case, as it’s $5.00 per person. Floor in the room was sticky.

It took us several efforts to get a minimum room service: fresh towels, coffee cartridges for a coffee maker. The hotel was running renovations on our floor - nobody warned us, we got smeared in fresh paint without knowing it!

I liked the wood floors since I have dogs that’s ideal. I love the area in the back with a huge grass area for dogs and for guests to sit and lounge . I loved that we had access also to the hotels on each side .

Well, originally the shuttle from hotel to Deval st, on website said it's free, so, lady who check us in said: no worries, I will not charge you. But ,when we checked out ,we were still charged . Not happy about that. We would pay anyway if we had too.

Clean, comfortable bad, liked products in the shower. Great bartender Irina at tiki bar by the pool.

The cleanliness of the room was not the best, and photos were quite misleading. The outdoor access to the rooms was a little off putting and we were also given a pet room so again, we were put off. The room was well worn and used, marks, scratches, signs of wear. There was an extension lead connecting many wires behind the bedside cabinet which was quite concerning. It was an older property masked to be quite modern in the pictures. We didn’t use pool so can’t comment there but found the outdoor bar to be under staffed, we ordered one drink and paid, to which when we went to leave via the gate we were called / shouted at by the staff member regarding payment. The staff member apologised but it was a little embarrassing, definitely shouldn’t have been running that place alone. However, staffing is an issue for everyone these days and mistakes happen. I feel this is a 3 star, not a 4 star and does not look at all appealing from the outside. We didn’t use the bus service into town but can imagine that is very useful, it is a good way from town so not ideally walkable. Overall, I feel this hotel was quite overpriced and overrated, and not as clean as we would have hoped.

We did leave the do not disturb sign up the first 2 days. Day 3 we took it down so our room could be serviced. We still received the text saying our room wasn’t serviced because the sign was up. It was not. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors.

When we arrived the property was clean. There is a pool with a bar.
