TV in the bathroom didn’t work. Elevator wait was much to looong.

Wish they had a lobby bar. The building common areas are pretty small, but the bar upstairs in the pool area is excellent!

Room was large and bathrooms was huge with a large tub. Products were excellent, housekeeping service went the extra mile to know what we liked (such as towels under personal products on the counter). Lots of storage space, good TV, great coffee, huge comfy couch. We LOVED our room. We also loved the spa. A hidden gem. We steamed, and used the Dyson blow dryers (game changer) to get ready in the spa.

Smell in the lobby, overall interior in the room is pretty old. Furniture and walls with scratches. Only 2 elevators were functional. Also we felt kinda unsafe, because a young man was shot right in front of the hotel during the daytime.

Great view on top floors, nice location for dinners, we've got an early check in without any expenses. Room was also spacious.

The position is great and the view from the room… the best you will ever have in New York. The staff is simply amazing and we could not be spoiled more :). The Dominick is now our home in New York, this was the third time we booked with them especially because we were getting married this time… and we thought to stay where we feel home. We will always return here! It’s perfect for us!

Room decoration/furniture needs update / mattress and pillows extremely soft, super uncomfortable. We ordered firmer pillows but received the same type. Elevator waiting time can be chaotic depending on the time.

The location was perfect for visiting areas like Soho, The Village, and even the East Village. We spent most of our time within walking distance to the hotel, where there are lots of great restaurants, bars, comedy clubs, jazz bars, and shopping. There was a subway station close to the hotel so you could easily access the city by subway if walking isn't your preferred mode of transport. Staff were very friendly. They allowed us to stow our bags after check-out and when we returned later, we were able to sit in the lobby whilst we waited for our driver. The best part of our stay was the complimentary upgrade when we checked in. It was unexpected and we went from a king room to a suite! It was huge, with a good view. The hotel was a great place to stay for our vacation. We would absolutely return, and I would highly recommend The Dominick.

We were told we’d have access to a spa on our stay and a pool, which we didn’t- youve To pay for a very expensive treatment if you want use of the steam or sauna There were also roadworks happening outside our room we weren’t warned about

THE VIEW FROM THE 32ND FLOOR was amazing. The minibar was fully stocked with snacks & a wide range of drinks (champagne, vodka, scotch, wine)- beware: pay as you use.

The suite was expensive and whilst really pretty and well laid out it felt a bit tired in places and maybe needed a refresh. I had a disappointing and very pricy dinner in the Michelin restaurant where the staff were not hugely helpful. The other breakfast place was much better both food and service.
