We did an early check in and asked for a room away from the street side yet we were put right over the band. Asked to switch but was told no rooms available. Extremely hard to sleep till after 2am

Limited tv stations and tv kept going out. Called maintenance thought problem was solved but every ten minutes kept getting message channel unavailable try another one. That was very irritating.

Location. While it is nice to be close to downtown, the live music at Freemont Street is extremely loud and goes late (1 am every night). Still had to use a white noise app even on the 31st floor and at the far end from the Freemont Experience.

Our A/c wasn’t working at first but when they came to check filter was dirty. Feel like the rooms could use a little upgrade. Like a small bar area with sink, better lighting. But other than that hotel was fine.

All staff were very polite, and when called housekeeping they came very quickly.

Very loud music until early in the morning of the Fremont Street Experience. But then again it's Vegas!!

We visited Vegas in 2017, 2018 and 2024 and all these trips we've stayed at the D! Nice casino/hotel! In the heart of the Fremont Street Experience.

I would’ve loved to have a microwave and a fridge in the room. It was hard to store any food or to think about snacking at night time and there wasn’t really any room service available coffee was $9.50 if you threw on some clothes and went down to get it until we discovered we could just go to McDonald’s and get it however Restaurants were near

Left the staff they were very helpful. The location was wonderful being right on Fremont Street because that’s what we were looking to see. It was close to the strip and Ubers were available within moments recommended to SoLo our friends and groups because you can hear Fremont Street for quite a while at night time, but being on the street you should expect it

Nice hotel..normally I stay places a bit cheaper. Lovely room, could hear noise from fremont but lot quietier than some hotels. Lots of food options in casino or nearby.

Hard to find things to do, even when asking concierge; attitude was hard to enjoy or even approach them with questions. Room did have stains. And the description did have mini fridge stated; however, it was not there in the room.

I like the location, somewhat easy to find things around. Enjoy that guest can go to both the D and Circa facilities and use their pools.

We had someone sick and they threw up and I called housekeeping to help us as they only give two towels in the room and they never came. I called 3x. Next day I told the front desk and they blew it off like nothing. Super disappointed. A group of friends and I come every three months faithfully and have stayed here but honestly after this time I don’t know that we will be staying again as we feel the D didn’t take our need seriously.

My only complaint is there wasn’t many floors with ice machines near by. We had to check different floors for ice. Everything else was great .

The pillows were hard, but the comfortable mattress made up for it. The shower was slow draining so you had to shower quickly or else the tub would begin to fill.

Location and The D is always the best. We were in town for an event at the motor speedway and going to/from the event was never an issue. We also were able to find free parking in the garage after the event two of the days.

I'm used to a fridge and coffee maker in the room, so I missed that. The icemaker was not on our floor, or the floor the sign said.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. After a long day of travel, it was great to get a free beer at check-in! The location is a very short walk to the Fremont Street action.
