We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was quite small, not that it really bothered us that much as we were out and about, but there wasn’t much space to put/dry anything. Also there is a bit of a funny smell in the rooms, you get used to it after a while but every time you come back and open your door you notice it.
Amazing location and great to stay in this art deco style hotel. The staff were all super friendly and great with our kids too.

Location is amazing, the staff were great people, helpful and nice. The hotel gives you beach towels, even beach toys for kids. Amazing.

United KingdomMaybe the cleanliness could improve a bit. We did not want service every day but even on the days when we requested service the floor was quite messy. Of course guests go to the beach and a hoover here and there to remove the sand would be appreciated I think.
Location is great right on Ocean drive with easy access to the beach. Few parking lots nearby too which are handy. The staff is so nice and friendly especially Celine from the reception was so nice! She was chatty without being too much, friendly and funny she even got us a treat for the birthday of one of us. They are lucky to have her!

PortugalThe room is a bit too small and it does not have electricity sockets visible, likely due to being a very old building. I had to fully move the bed in order to charge my cellphone. Also we were lucky to have been placed on the 3rd floor because the street and restaurant noise you can hear from the 2nd and 1st floor is huge. Still you could hear everything from the other rooms, sound needs improvement.
The hotel is of course beautiful and perfectly located. The downstairs restaurant is also surprisingly good. It is dedicated to Scarface movie which is pretty cool. Bed was comfortable and it had the biggest tv I've ever seen in a hotel. Price was great.

Colonel Hotel is right in middle of South beach Miami, with lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Directly across from the beach. Great walking and sightseeing! My room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff - especially Mariana - was SO helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to assist and accommodate me when I asked for anything. Excellent front desk clerk!

BelgiumNo parking at the hotel and alot of noice when your room is located on the front of the hotel. The entrance of our room was located in the staircase, so we had alot of noise from people comming up te stairs.
The location is just perfect if you wanna stay on Miami Beach. The rooms have a nice old vintage Miami style.

United StatesSize of room was ok, however there are no enough shelves or tables where could place our stuff. That was the big miss and the bedroom has space to place more shelves. About restaurant, food was amazing, I loved. However, some of the waiters were kind of rude and not in a good mud overall (not all of them).

United StatesI mean for the price I paid for the room it was good. My view from my room was of the building right next to us. But I am not complaining but I did stay for more than one day so I would of loved to have gotten a better view room because of the extended stay.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The location also was nice. Right on the strip and close to the beach area. Didn't have to walk far at all to get to food, beach and strip so overall I was satisfied. Last but not least shout out to the amazing staff that worked at the front desk that made my stay that much more comfortable and amazing! You guys were very professional and genuine at the same time so that made it easy to talk to you guys and laugh and joke and feel comfortable. Thank you and I hope I will come back soon and stay at the Colony!!
