Loved the room and the service.

Colonel Hotel is right in middle of South beach Miami, with lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Directly across from the beach. Great walking and sightseeing! My room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff - especially Mariana - was SO helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to assist and accommodate me when I asked for anything. Excellent front desk clerk!

No parking at the hotel and alot of noice when your room is located on the front of the hotel. The entrance of our room was located in the staircase, so we had alot of noise from people comming up te stairs.

The location is just perfect if you wanna stay on Miami Beach. The rooms have a nice old vintage Miami style.

Size of room was ok, however there are no enough shelves or tables where could place our stuff. That was the big miss and the bedroom has space to place more shelves. About restaurant, food was amazing, I loved. However, some of the waiters were kind of rude and not in a good mud overall (not all of them).

I mean for the price I paid for the room it was good. My view from my room was of the building right next to us. But I am not complaining but I did stay for more than one day so I would of loved to have gotten a better view room because of the extended stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location also was nice. Right on the strip and close to the beach area. Didn't have to walk far at all to get to food, beach and strip so overall I was satisfied. Last but not least shout out to the amazing staff that worked at the front desk that made my stay that much more comfortable and amazing! You guys were very professional and genuine at the same time so that made it easy to talk to you guys and laugh and joke and feel comfortable. Thank you and I hope I will come back soon and stay at the Colony!!

I didn't like that you had to put the sign out for your room to be serviced, and we weren't actually told this had to happen! Also no coffee or tea making facilities in the room...

The hotel is so close to the beach and right in the middle of everything!! Location is amazing!!

I know montanas is separate but located in the hotel. The price for the one drink I had was ridiculous. I get it, it’s Miami and all but 46$ for a drink?, had I known I wouldn’t have even took a sip.

It was pleasant, front desk concierge was great, helped with everything I asked or needed.

Walking through the internal dining area to reach the front desk or exit the hotel. Felt like I was interrupting peoples meal.

Very noisy, also the guests ( no isolation). Little dirty on the floor etc. (f.e. sand from previous guests). Tiny bathroom, room rather small. One of the two beds was really not good.

The dryers were not working. Due to this our check in time was late. But the front desk staff accommodated us greatly! The made the process very smooth!

We were not expecting the night life noise, however having stayed a friday and saturday night, this did not really affect us. Dont let it put you off staying in the heart of Miami Beach

The suite room was massive, with a great sea view. The twin rooms were good sizes. All the rooms were a little tired, but the bed etc comfortable. Location is exactly what we expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The use of beach towels and chairs was a real bonus, as was the beach ball. Thank you

Attached restaurant expensive $14 for half cup of orange juice!! Said there was a good deal for residents of the hotel for breakfast yet deal is also open to public ... wouldn't eat there again.
