The pictures in the website are misleading. Multiple different room types are lumped together and falsely marketed as what you are getting. Our room was still of great value and comfort, yet it was facing a wall and got no sunlight, unlike all the pictures presented here.

Nothing. It was perfect. I took the RTA express bus from the airport and it dropped me across the street from the apartment. Could not have been more convenient and it only cost $1.25. And my return bus trip to the airport was free for some reason...Bonus! I was in New Orleans for a conference and another participant took an Uber and she said it cost her $100.

Keyless access. Just had to enter a code at the main door and a code at the apartment. Super easy.

The windows in the living room are extremely thin. The street noise (sirens, loud car music, street racing) is extremely loud on the weekends. I stayed in a unit across from the police station on a higher floor. If you’re sensitive to noise this could be an issue. I purchased ear plugs to dampen the noise. The bathroom didn’t have a shower door. It’s an open set up that has glass on one side leaving the other exposed. Newer kitchen ware is needed. The gym, game room, and media room all need major updates.

The amenities were a little light. It would have been nice to have some coffee amenities, as many other places do.

One of the bathroom doors did not close completely, so there was no privacy between that bathroom and the adjoining bedroom. Since this place was design to accomodate multiple people, we suggest more towel bars and/or towel hooks. It would be nice to have the checkout time at 11:00 am. like the majority of rental places.

I like that the was place was roomy, 10 minutes walking distance to the start of Bourbon street, and close to some places to get food.

This is out of your control but there was construction nearby and that started 630am with demolition trash down a shoot on the side of the building across the street, VERY LOUD

the location was great! walking distance to French quarter and street cars. the kitchen was equipped to suit my needs. The staff was very helpful in the check in process!! We had not completed it and they helped us through it.

The hallways weren’t marked well and it was very confusing trying to find the room. Housekeeping didn’t come until 30 mins before checkout on the last day and we ran out of towels and toilet paper. I tried calling the front desk but they didn’t pick up. They weren’t there when we went to checkout. 4pm checkin was too late for people traveling all day from a different time zone and we were exhausted.

The location was great. Out of the busy areas but still a good distance. We liked the locker that we used for our luggage until we could get in the room. We liked using codes instead of keys.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Even though the place looked really clean, the floor was a little sticky. Maybe just from the product used to clean it?

Great location, very easy access to the property. So much nicer to stay there than in a regular hotel room. Also, the management company has the best customer service, available 24/7 when I had questions for them before and during our stay.

I would have liked to see another mirror somewhere in the place. Ours had only one in the bathroom which makes it kinda tough when your trying to get ready to go out. And when you are in New Orleans that's about ever day. Also a soap/ shampoo dish or shelf in the shower is needed. We had to keep everything on the floor which is kinda gross.

It was in a quiet location about one block east of Canal St. They provided dishes and glassware and enough bathroom soap. It was nice that it had a washer and dryer since we had a coffee mishap and dumped an entire cup on our clothes. Speaking of coffee it had a coffee maker. Overall the place was adequate. 10 minute walk to the Quarter. 10 min. to the Superdome since you can't drive there during a big event.

Elevator for guests was very slow. The rental elevator was fast.

We had problems with the lighting in the kitchen. No lights for two days in a row though it was fixed both times after we spoke to someone. Its impossible to keep out the noise of sirens which are frequent.

The location is excellent. Its a lovely spacious apartment for two people.

Only problem we had was the power kept going out in the master bedroom I had to keep reset the breaker to get power maintenance did come up, but it continues to click off through the night.
