The property was just fine. Needs more staff . Two staff members were kind of snappy due to over work conditions. Took over 12 hours for a reply that housekeeping ran out of pillows. So I did not get extra pillows till day 2.

The suite size was especially impressive. The view was excellent. Close to many great restaurants.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. (Just our opinion) And we couldn't get the TV in our bedroom to work. The other TV was fine.

Loved the ocean view, both from our window and the balcony. Easy access to the beach. The pool was great, too. Very clean and the temp. of the water was perfect. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.

It took approximately 45 minutes to check in and staff members informed me and my wife that we had to knock and double check before entering our room because our original room was given away after we reserved it a week in advance which in turn put us in a different type of room on a different floor. The room we got was a cheaper room than I paid for.

Front desk staff could use a little polishing. Helpful, not rude or anything negative, just frankly, inept.

Pleasantly surprised by the space in the unit. The kitchen was greatly utilized, I loved the amount of not just storage space but the over all space available as well.

Rooms are in need of updating. Didn't like having to park across road in parking garage.

Anywhere you go anymore, advertise a smoke-free facility, but there are always those that do not listen or adhere to these rules, so I have to smell pot and cigarettes while I'm on vacation. This should be a rule that is enforced. I have MS and smoke can make me feel really bad. I like sitting on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view, but it's hard to do with the smell of smoke and pot.

Requested a upper floor a few months ago and they did not have it down. They did put us on 5th and told us that our room would be beside elevator and others had complained about noise. This worked out ok for us , but we were there on week day. May have been worse on weekends.

I was very happy with our stay. The room was clean and had a good smell when we entered. Loved the space and the view. Although you can tell older Hotel it was clean. View and location was great. Although you have to ask for housekeeping we had all we needed. 2 separate rooms with bath and hallway between. Coffee machine in lobby was the best with fresh beans. Lots of nice places to eat walking distance. Enjoyed Scrambled for breakfast, owner was great.

The smell of the room was terrible. It smelt like someone had been smoking weed and then tried to cover it up.

The room did not match the Booking.com pictures. There needed to be more handicap parking spaces in the main parking lot.

We liked seeing a different end of the beach, we usually stay near 21st Street. We found the hotel very secure and very clean.

Love the bedroom separate from living room. Clean towels & sheets. Kitchenette is convenient. Coffee machine in entrance is very good. Location is Great. View from Balcony is outstanding!

I do wish there was some kind of breakfast. Even prepackaged muffins! And a couple more vending machines would be nice. The only one we found was in the pool room that gets locked up. (Our bathroom door didn't fully close, but it was reported)

It was clean, comfortable, and CUTE! It is clearly an old hotel, so there were little things. But the updates are adorable. Comfy bed with a great view! Next time we will try the pool! GREAT pool room! (Also a good shower/water pressure! Even on the 7th floor!)
