The elevator didn't work for the entire duration of our stay, and from what I can see in the comments it hasn't worked since at least December. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, thus we had to walk up and down the stairs with our 3 months old baby and all of the things a baby needs. The pool was closed which was sad specially because of the baby. And before traveling I messaged the property so we would have a crib and they confirmed it, yet when we arrived we were told there weren't any cribs at the property, so they didn't know how someone could have confirmed the crib..

I liked the staff since they were extremely friendly. Specially Alex and Mario who work at the front desk, who were so kind with my wife and I, taking into consideration we were traveling with a 3 months old baby and helping us with anything we needed.

Furnishings did not match description on booking platform. In general, a bit dated and worn. Could be improved with some very easy updates... hooks in bathroom, cap outlets / switches that did not work, fresh coat of paint, maybe new couch.

Room was large. Hotel was close to the beach. Staff was courteous.

There were no facilities like a bar or restaurant, the lift didn't work, there was no hot water one morning, there was a constant smell of cannabis throughout the corridors. There was no parking. The pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and it doesn't look like the photos anymore.

The location was great for walking around South Beach, the size of the room was great and it was very clean. An extra blanket was provided when we asked for one.

No parking at hotel. Hotel very shabby and rundown. Bed only had a sheet on it and when we asked for a blanket we were given a single bed sized duvet. Furniture was basic at best. simple desk but no chair.

I didn't like that I wasn't informed that the elevator was not working and that there was no access to the pool/ lounge area. What the pictures outlined online is not accurate the pictures are outdated. You can tell it used to be a nice looking hotel but it no longer that. There no cable you have to login into your apps if you want to watch television on there Roku Tv. The bed wasn't comfortable it was like too soft. The pillows were flat. Finally this the first hotel I ever stayed in that didn't have a refrigerator in the room so any left over food we had at any restaurant we couldn't take it to go. I couldn't even keep our waters cold they was room temperature.

The location was great. The staff was pleasant and tried to help anyway they can with what they had.

We were unaware that basically all additional facilities and the elevator were under construction, so we thought there was a pool and bar we could use. However, it was all blocked off as a construction zone.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to the beach, but just far enough away that you aren't bothered by the noise at night.

Lift wasn’t working, had to carry luggage 3 floors. Very tied looking, needs lots of maintenance work. Room was clean but didn’t have a lot of the facilities as advertised.

Get elevator fixed, remove all carpet in stairs (odor)

Many many renovations and repairs taking place in hotel- the room was good and clean and for one night was worth it mainly because of Location. Much attention is needed for Remainder of the hotel to Make a stay more enjoyable. All The staff was great and accommodating.
