Fabulous for a tourist or holiday visitor. But for a business trip, the barstool-height table and chairs were not suitable for working on a laptop.

Brand new, spotlessly clean accommodation with all facilities as described. Delightfully quirky decor with native First Nations murals on the walls, both external and internal to the building. Staff were absolutely amazingly helpful and responsive.

Just a few minutes' walk from the Capitol and the surrounding park, it was a very nice location. The decor was unusual but nice, and everything I needed was there. It was also convenient for catching the free 16th Street Mall bus down to the Union Station area.

A really unique and beautifully thought through little apartment room in a great location just next to the Art Gallery. Busses in Denver are great and easy to use and there are stops near Acoma House.

The Acoma House is a hidden gem in Denver. From the moment we arrived, we loved EVERYTHING. The pictures online (as great as they are) don’t do justice. Every inch, inside and out, is truly beautiful. The Acoma House offers everything you need. We stayed in Art Suite 109 on the first floor. The apartment has a fridge, microwave, single coffee maker, dishes and all the luxuries of home. If you forgot anything, no worries, there’s a cabinet available with extra towels, coffee, chargers, batteries…AND the manager was immediately responsive to messages. (Be sure and check out the downstairs too - beautiful gathering space with large TV and other necessities). The location also is GREAT. Near the Art Museum and others, Torchy’s and Tiff’s Treats right around the corner for your late night snack needs. Highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to coming back and staying in another apartment!

Bath tub with shower was bit cumbersome for the seniors as there was no handle to get in but otherwise it had all the necessary toiletries and nicely decorated.

This property is not a hotel type but accommodation house with room facilities. The property and rooms are decorated with modern art that enhances its ambiance. The room we were given, 207, was excellent with fully equipped kitchen and living room. The property is about 15 minutes walk to downtown, 16 street, and walking distance to other landmarks of Denver. The staff, Christina and Leanne were super and very helpful.

Great stay. The staff was so responsive. The room was larger than expected and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was loaded with amenities and there was a cart in the hall with extra amenities and water bottles. Our stay was very quiet but there was no one above us. However we could loudly hear the vacuum on the 2nd floor from housekeeping but it was during the day and not an issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again but would book a second floor room.

On the first floor I felt the need to keep the curtains closed which made the room feel dark, but I chose that on purpose to not have to carry luggage upstairs.

It was immaculately clean, the fixtures, towels and bedding are high quality, there were lots of little touches to make the unit cute and homey, the staff was immediately accessible for questions, the bedroom kept the light out in the mornings, the laundry and luggage storage rooms (individual lockers, so helpful to have!) were super organized and adorably decorated, and the neighborhood felt safe to walk in. I have stayed in airbnb’s before that had none of those things, so I appreciated all of it!

If you don’t like feather down pillows/blankets, just ask for whatever you need. Wish I had known that up front, but next time we stay here I’ll know to ask.

Exceptionally unique and for the price point, perfect spot if it’s your first or hundredth trip to Denver! Communication with the property is quick and super friendly. Not to mention a one of a kind experience to stay within a local artist’s imagination and viewpoint of the area.

Super comfy bed, very clean, extremely cute with all the art everywhere, super quiet we didn’t see anyone else in passing and the staff was so sweet even with speaking a different language they used a translator to answer our questions :)

There weren’t as many coffee selections as I would have liked. Couldn’t find more of the one I had the first day but I didn’t ask for more either. I wish there was a filtered water refill station so we didn’t have to continue using plastic water bottles.

Everything you need, plenty of amenities available, big rooms equipped with a couch, tv, microwave, coffee machine. Beds are SO comfortable as are the pillows which is so rare to find in hotels.
