There is no shuttle service to Disneyland, and the cost of food in the lobby store is high the hours of the pool and the jacuzzi could be better and no access to your portfolio on the in-room TV

The room is clean and large, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect for accessing attractions ie: Disneyland , The value for your money is excellent compared to other hotels in the same location.

It took a little while to be acknowledged at the bar sometimes, even when there was nobody else waiting to be served. A really minor criticism because our stay was mostly perfect.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, really relaxed yet stylish design, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location for visiting Disneyland. The staff on reception were fantastic and our room was so spacious (king studio suite). The pool area was perfect and the added bonus of being able to see the Disneyland fireworks from the pool terrace. 10 minutes walk to the park with some restaurants nearby too. We ate a couple of meals in the hotel, which were good and really reasonable in price. Overall, we couldn't fault this hotel, it exceeded our expectations and made for a great visit to California and Disneyland.

This hotel was clean, modern and well set out. As well as the best value for money on our trip. A great location too. Kids loved the pool being open late after a big day at Disney. Would definitely stay again.

When our room you can hear freeway just outside room. I understand hotel is next to freeway when booked but maybe hotel should invest into more soundproof windows.

Pool was open until midnight!! About 10 minute walk to Disneyland.

There was a $50 deposit per night that was unexpected and wasn’t advertised when booking. This set us back for our holiday and meant we had to cut back on original plans.

No complimentary coffee in lobby. 35$ daily parking fee. Guest laundry expensive compared to other hotels. Smokers absolutely not welcome, not even a small place to sit somewhere in the parking lot to enjoy a smoke.

Some type of continental breakfast would have been amazing, but they did offer breakfast at a decent cost.

Everything was very clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and they offered quite a bit for amenities. It was about a 10 min walk to Disneyland, which felt super short on our way to the parks and super long on our way back from the parks. Kids absolutely loved the pool and parents loved the bar. We will absolutely stay here again.

I couldn’t sleep at night as our room backed on to the freeway and the noise of cars all night. I would request a room at the other end of the hotel next time.

Only thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t pay cash for there little store inside or there restruant. I would like to have an option to pay cash not always charge to my room or used my card. That was the only negative thing about the hotel.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Hotel very clean. Family friendly. Hotel was an about a 15 min walk to Disneyland. I really liked there snack store inside was 24/7 .

Great location to explore Disney parks. Beside a busy freeway but it does quieten down later into night. Didn’t bother us, we slept well. Room was massive and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
