Trisha was excellent in communicating with us. The place was maintained extremely well. Talkeetna roadhouse is a perfect place to stop by if you are traveling either from or to Denali.

We LOVED this property. The location was amazing and the quirky cosy property was perfect for our family. The beds were super comfy and although the floorboards in the suite squeaked we didn’t hear a thing from the other guests. The shared areas were spacious and welcoming. The Trisha and Michelle ere so friendly and helpful. The delicious bakery attached also helped 😂. We would 100% stay here again.

Everything! It's a very unique place with a character, clean, spacious, well-decorated, cozy, with a lot of thoughtful details. Honestly, I want to come back to Talkeetna only to stay at this place again but longer.

We were looking forward to try their bakes from the bakery but it was only open on weekends. However, the host gave us some cookies which were delicious.

The roadhouse was cozy. Like staying over at a family place. The host was friendly. She was early at the bus drop off point to pick us.

The setting in middle of downtown Talkeetna. The history within the building. Cozy bedrooms and great clawfoot bathtub. Lots of sweet details and surprises, including a dog-care pack and fresh chocolate chip cookies in the evening. Loved the space to play card games downstairs.

Everything was great!

The Roadhouse was welcoming and comfortable. Our upstairs suite was perfect for 3 friends traveling. It was very charming and had coffee, tea and personal items. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet.

The host, Trisha was very nice and friendly. The room was very cute and cozy and looked like from a beautiful past. The bed was very comfortable. There was a sink inside the room and had coffee cups , glasses, tea bags and even cotton buds there. The bathroom was outside the room but only for our use, the shower floor had cobblestones and gave a spa feeling. The shared living space was cozy, had lots of seating arrangement and had a homely feeling. The town was peaceful and the people were very nice. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Trisha for opening your home to us and keeping the place so beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Warm, unique, comfy space in old building. Enjoyed the common area with a warming electric fireplace, large puzzle, coffe and tea availabe. It was a rainy day when we were there, so it was great to have a common, cozy area to visit with friends after shopping. Trisha and Michelle were wonderful and helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We added the breakfast and it was delicious!

The upstairs suite was perfect for our family of six. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the in-town location was perfect. There are several common areas to read, play games, visit and hang-out. We felt quite at home during our stay.

I feel that the breakfast price wasn’t quite worth what we got. $20 a plate seems a little steep.

The bed was comfortable. There was ample parking available. The bathroom was clean.

They don’t serve bread at breakfast. The rest was great!

Private room was cozy and warm, with everything one needs. The private bathroom was right next door. The living room had a true explorer feeling to it, with a fireplace, travel books, a table with scrabble and a puzzle being commonly solved, and with National Geographics goong back to the ‘80s. Also the breakfast was lovely, with the Chef personally waiting on us.

Quaint and Homely Great in centre of town Fabulous in the 2 room suite as we were self contained . Tea and coffee provided Shuttle to and from the rail depot Trisha - very friendly and helpful Amazing bakery and bfast
