The main pool still feels cold even w the temperature regulated. Room could be cleaner.. smells like weed.. thought it was just from another room but it stayed while we were there. Around 0730am there was this noise coming from outside, sounds like a generator that will really wake you up, It continued til 0930am. We thought of sleeping in that day but we were just disturbed… my 4yo also was not able to sleep again after hearing the noise.

Facilities are great though a little dated. Staff are nice and welcoming,

Could be loud at times. Especially when your room is near the BBQ area. TV options could have been better.

staff in “play/craft” room very strict, not friendly at all,we had 5 kids total, age 2-6 w/ us. kids couldn’t really play, too many rules, toy is checked out one at a time? We were there, we would have made sure they cleaned up afterwards.

Pools were clean and cool. Pool areas kept clean. Lifeguards on the ball. I did not like the Pizza, too greasy.

The room service can be improved. We had a sofa bed for the children and had to go to reception several times to ask for pillows and duvets for our children. There were also no toiletries such as soap and shampoo in our bathroom. There was no room service during our stay (3 nights).

When we checked in, Natasha from reception was very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. Thank you for that. The shuttle to the strip is good and runs reliably. The pool area is great and our children especially liked it.

The rooms and especially the furniture are a bit dated, and there is a lot of evident wear. There was a large comfortable chair in the room,but it was heavily stained, and could only be used while covered with a towel.

I've always loved the property. The washer and dryer, and supplied laundry accessories were always a Pro for selecting this property to stay at.

Shower was great only downside is it drained very slow to where you were standing in water to your ankles. At check in I was asked if I would like a room with a view of the strip, only to get to our room on the 5th floor and the view was completely blocked with palm trees so much that I could touch the leaves on them.

The room was clean and very spacious, equipped with kitchen necessities. Bed was very comfortable and shower had great water pressure and hot water. Bonus was the washer/dryer in the room.

Our view was a dirt lot, hopefully they are planning more Tahiti Village things. The room had issues with its doors, the sliding glass door was hard to open, very dry and heavy on the slide, the master room door could not lock, and the kitchen caninets were off center and would not close right. There wasn't enough cooking utensils in the kitchen, and no baking pans to use in the oven. The living room couch was outdated, and gave me "rug burns" on my knuckles when fixing the bed that was in it, very rough material.

Parking was difficult and far in the parking garage. When we first got to the room, there was a strong smell of weed like someone had just smoked there. We had a cockroach in the bathroom.

The pool and lazy river were so fun. Our kids loved the craft making. We used the grill area and really liked that. The room was very functional.

The room was dirty with a sandy bathroom floor that we had to clean ourselves when we checked in. There were crayons on the floor near the bed and a cockroach that I accidentally stepped on in the night in the bathroom. This was a lot of dirtiness for the high price.

The lazy river was best first thing in the morning before all the kids got there.

The price was not worth what was offered. Cancuun doesn't offer the shuttle but the price is way better and the kids enjoy the pool more than this one. This pool was a lil boring to be in. I guess this facility seemed more for the younger kids and cancuun seems more enjoyable by adults and teens. Cancuun rooms also offer 2 bathrooms in your room. This seemed like too much unused space in the bathroom but it was nice.

The lazy river and the drinks offered right by the lazy river. In the room the bathroom was the best part of the room. I like that there was a washer and dryer in the room although I didn't really use it.

The size of the group throwing balls in the pool over a fairly large area.

How well stocked the suites were with supplies in the kitchen. The size of the pool and availability of chairs and shade plus the lazy man river. The shuttle service to both the grocery store and the frequency to and from the strip. The ability to buy pizza and take up to your room or have a nice meal in the restaurant. Loved being able to have morning coffee on the deck. Access to a barbecue if you wanted.

We did not have control of the AC. We could not turn it off or put it in a different mode. It got too hot or too cold. We got the room without a kitchen and that was a little inconvenient for us, but I guess that was our fault. We did not like the fact that there were not washer and dryer in the room either.

All the pools were great. We had a great time in all 3 of them. The staff was very friendly, on a couple of occasions I requested items from housekeeping, and they were very helpful.
