Long walks to your room, however it was good exercise. We are used to laundry drying rack, not something they have.

We had a wonderful stay, everything we needed was here. Location excellent. We were blessed with good weather. Lots of activities, very busy.

Junior suite bathroom door opens towards the vanity giving you no room to use it properly. Tub had bad stains and cracks, sliding glass shower door did not stay closed. Way to much chlorine in hot tub.

No one answered the phone whenever I tried calling the front desk or concierge. The bed was too soft. The pool staff wasn’t always customer focused, young adults who were rather blasé. The restaurant is not open for breakfast. I like to take the stairs, but the ground floor of the Tower 2 stairwell smelled heavily of urine.

Our two-bedroom suite was large and comfortable. AC worked well. The pool and lazy river were great. Kitchen was clean. I loved having an ice-maker in our own fridge. The free shuttle to the strip was easy.

Loved the suites, amenities, pools and the lazy River was lovely. I did notice the lifeguards distracted or sleeping but there were plenty of them. We really enjoyed our stay and our only real concern was that we were delayed check-in by 3.5hrs and sat in the lobby waiting.

The shuttle will take you to two different spots on "the strip". The lazy river is nice and relaxing, along with the pool and hot tubs. Nice BBQ pit that also has tables that can be used to enjoy your meal.

When booking we were not told that additional charges equivilant to your stay would apply Daily .....i.e. we were charged for cleaning, use of site swiming pool etc. This should have been added on the notes when booking.

The bathroom sink was slow to drain. The bathroom toilet seat was broken. The TV in the living room was small.

It was close to the airport. It had 2 pools and there was a kitchenette.

There were no towels in our room. However, concierge had towels delivered quickly.

The property was nice, clean, family oriented, convenient location, great local eateries, and no smelly casinos.

We had to wait quite a while on arrival for the receptionist to find a room for us. The sofa bed had a stain on it.

The room was nice, pool area and lazy river were lovely. The pizzeria connected to the hotel was good quality if a bit pricy.

The shower valve was malfunctioning. It wouldn't allow for a proper cold water mixture when in use.

The tub in the bathroom with the shower doesn't drain fast enough,taking a shower will flood it till your ankle lol! Also the toilet bowl flush system need some fixing the water wast constantly flowing a little(or more).. hope the staff/Manager read this and fix it, the room was 51026 thanks :) Ps: sorry I forgot to tell you guys when we checked out.

The lifeguards and pizza restaurant staff were rude. 17 S staff was nonexistent during the game. My husband and I sat down at a table and waited for 20 mins before we got up and left. During these 20 mins I made eye contact and gestures several times but never had 1 person come and say Hello or even give us a menu. Tables in the pool and lazy area should be wiped down daily.

Other than a very small number of staff being rude, we had a wonderful time! Very relaxing and are looking forward to going again. Food was great! Bora Bora room w/balcony, was a great size. Lots of room. Good size kitchen.

The room was not very clean. Cleaning crew missed quite some spots in the corners, under the sofa and the bathroom. Coffee machine worked! Very much needed in the morning.

The wonderful pool was a fun place to hang out. Room was spacious and sound proof. For the location; if you go to the top level, you can have a great view over the city.
