There weren't many cooking utensils as id like to have and we had to go to the store to get more towels because there were only 4 offered and we had a 12 day stay

location was great, private beach access. everything was great. 12 day stay was great, watching sting ray from our 18th floor balcony

I dropped my umbrella pole getting off the beach one night and someone threw it away by the very next morning. It was very nice. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE DRYER WAS BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL.

The place was very nice and clean. beautiful views. Spacious bedrooms with nice accommodations.

My only complaint is the property manager through vicasa. Had no problem upon check in but came in to ask the desk a question and she was very rude from there. I left annoyed and had to just try and forget about her and avoided the office after that which I needed no more anyways.

I loved the fast elevators, quick access to pool and beach and parking garage. The resort itself was very pretty, my room was great and clean and the balcony over the ocean was amazing

Only one pool was open. Pool was crowded and so was the hot tub, so we didn't get a chance to get in.

The plug face was missing. The tub in the main bathroom did not drain well at all. The floors could use a good clean. Our feet were dirty all the time.

The parking lot to the room was not too far. The beach access was easy and fast. I felt safe at the resort.

The bunk bed mattresses were very thin and the sofa bed sagged almost to the floor. We managed okay.

A few things that were unfortunate but uncontrollable was the fact that there was no access to the boardwalk, it was under construction due to tornado damage. Slightly inconvenient to have to walk through Schooner's or right next to Schooner's to get to the chairs. There was also no hot tub.

Amazing location, right on the beach! Friendly and helpful staff. Very cute interior design. Heated pool was great.

My son said the bunk wad uncomfortable and we needed more toilet paper and trash bags. We heard the elevator going up and down all night.

This unit 1507 needs to have the kitchen equipment i.e. pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils replaced. We couldn't and wouldn't cook using pans with very old, very scratched Teflon. There were only 4 forks. The point of having a kitchen is to be able to cook breakfast and lunch.

I never saw any staff so very hard to rate. Apartment was alright. Furniture was not very comfortable. Access to the beach was not very easy. Three sets of stairs. I had a small wagon with all our equipment and had to ask for someone to help carry it down. Not handicap accessible.

The location was great! I prefer this area of PCB because it’s more quiet and less congested. It’s close to St. Andrews State Park and Captain Anderson’s.

The elevators broke down leaving only one for the entire complex, but were only down for one day.

Access to the beach was right on the property and everything needed was easy to obtain.

The dishwasher didn't work well, and the dishes were very dirty. One of the rooms had a bed that was about to fall apart.

O'Neal, the security guard, actually checked and made sure people wasn't just coming in off the beach that didn't belong. He was very friendly
