One of the pools wasn't heated. The other one was like being in suana.

The beds are in need of replacing! Master bed you can feel the springs and big sagging spot in the middle. Bunk beds had a 3 inch thick mattress on them that looked like they would fit a baby bed. Customer service asked us if a air mattress would help hmmmm if I was camping maybe but I paid for a condo and after 3 days into our stay they had a mattress topper delivered to the room. Topper helped some but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had renting a condo.

The unit was half-cleaned. I spotted a hair on the sheets, but figured it was from cleaning lady, as the rest of the bed looked fine. I sprayed with lysol and moved to the bathroom. There was more hair in tub and it was dirty. At this point, I was thoroughly disgusted and refused to touch anything else in the condo. I checked in late so there was no one there to assist. I left early without even making coffee. I really wanted to enjoy a night and morning on the balcony, listening to the waves, while drinking coffee. Instead, my eye was irritated from the apparent cigarette smoking that the previous guest did (it wreaked of smoke). It was a horrible night!

The place was nice but I am flat out appalled at the booking sites pricing bait and switch. Gave me a total price of around 300 dollars before I entered my info and booked. THEY NEVER SHOW YOU THE TOTAL PRICE UNTIL YOUR CARD HAS ALREADY BEEN CHARGED and in my case it was too late to cancel. Completely disgusted by this, I will never stay this location or use this booking agency again. My total was almost DOUBLE the original 300 I agreed to before I put my credit card info in.

It wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about it.

Everything was nice and clean very spacious.The balcony views were great I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay. Staff where very helpful.

The room and everything in it. Starting with the rusty stove, to the broken couch, and the washing machine that was broke down. All furniture was wobbly and very old, and out dated. Curtains all sun faded. Walls had touch up paint all over them that were highly noticeable and unattractive. And much more. Too much to mention here.

The property was clean on the outside. The ocean view was very nice.

Booking.com have better understanding of floor plans & if W/D and bunk beds in condo. Dust under beds, we all sneezed at night. Couch cushions and sofa bed mattress worst ever encountered. Vacassa, booking.com & Seyshells need to have same info. Had a bad problem on Wed the 5th. Oct. No security watching for arm bands. Can't believe Booking.com info, told us 2nd floor room 104. Not true. 21st Fl. Has potential to be great

Of course location, W/D was nice surprise. Bunk beds were a plus. Enough towels. Small amount of kitchen & bath products to get started. No ice maker but freezer did great.

The furniture was wore out and very uncomfortable and could use some updates. The floor could have been swept and mopped better.
