Hotel is definitely nothing fancy, needs to be updated. The common areas, including hallway was dark, humid and swampy feeling. We had two early mornings, so hot breakfast was one of the selling points, that was a waste of time didn't even try it to second morning. There was a toaster but no bread, cereal no milk, etc. There was a vintage pancake contraption that spit out pancakes if you could figure out how to use it. We were there around 7am and I would have expected everything to be stocked.

The place was very clean, the lobby area was clean and smelled clean, upon opening the room door, the smell of clean was almost overwhelming in a good way. Sheets, towels, blankets were nothing fancy but clean and getting into bed sheets were clean and felt good.

It seemed like a lot of people were staying there, so I couldn't find a parking space near my room and there were a lot of people outside talking late at night, if I remember correctly (I stayed in a long string of Super 8s on consecutive days, so I may not have remembered the right one). I understand there is no breakfast because of covid-19, but then they should take off the "Breakfast Included" banner on Booking.com where I booked it.

Easy to find; this was a stop on a long drive, though, so I didn't have any particular reason that brought me to Fort Smith. I choose Super 8 a lot because of the consistency of the decor and cleanliness.

The staff was rude and we was told breakfast was tell 10 but, when we came in at 9 the worker at motel said rudly breakfast is over at 9 was not nice! And when checking in the front desk clerk didn't know what she was doing and took her way longer than should have. The bathroom in room was dirty when water slightly got on it grim and dirt cam up yuck!

The bed was comfortable and not much sounds.

The only hot breakfast they have is pancakes. It wasn't a good variety and there was black mold in the ice machine. Otherwise it was an amazing stay!

Convenient location right on I-40, perfect for a one night stand during a business trip. The Colton’s restaurant is just few steps away from the hotel which was a pleasant bonus.

I choose this place for the pool so my kids could swim while waiting for a consert. When we got there we were told the pool was out of order till a lot later that night. The room had candy on the floor and the beds were noisemakers.

Our room had items left from the previous guest , there was a lipstick on my sink and a bar of used soap in the shower. I got pink eye from either the towels or the pool . The breakfast had cereal with no milk and spoiled yogurt. The front desk worker was rude and acts as if she hates her job

The smell when you walk in the door is horrible Smells like someone smoking marijuana,(we are volunteers with local police in our town)not the first time I smelled it and a friend of mine stayed there and said the same thing and it smelled like that this morning at check too It’s awful The bed was hard, might as well been sleeping on the floor The blow dryer in the bathroom needs fixing or a new one, (the cord plug is broken) had to call the front desk and get them to look at it and was told they didn’t have a extra one to bring to put in the room and acted like I bothered her because she had to come to the room That blow dryer is going to cause a fire(my husband is a firefighter and said it needed to be looked at) The tub was dirty and the shower curtain had something green on it

Well, the breakfast…. Only hot item was a waffle, no proteins, but we already knew that because other reviews said so. If breakfast is important, you’re going to need to manage your expectations. There are choices close by.

Location was great, right off the highway, everything was clean, tv worked, and the toilet was a comfortable height! Not a sqatty potty! Yay! Everyone was nice, check in was smooth and all was well.

Staff yelled at my husband —Rob was the manager we had to deal with— and when I went to see what was happening he was trying to gaslight my husband. Shower wall had hair on it and bathroom floor seemed dirty. Beds weren’t comfortable felt like something kept biting me throughout the night. Terrible stay and I’ve never written a bad review
