Bathroom was not clean. Toilet was dirty. Flush was not working. Sink was broken. There was no cold water, only hot water was coming as faucet was broken.

The price was affordable. Staff was very kind and humble. They were well mannered. Housekeeping person was nice.

Had to have the sheets changed upon arrival and checking the bedding for it had pubic hair and dirt and stains in the sheets TV went berserk stopped working and had to reprogram it myself because the staff didn't know how, the remote needed batteries, sink had water pressure problems very low pressure for bathing and stayed 2 nights never had my towels replaced or any kind of service during my stay

Some of the staff was rude and not friendly at all. They took $20 in cash as a deposit after I had already paid for my stay on line! The room was really dirty, short on towel, a roach living behind the picture frame on the wall. Dirty floors, walls and dirty sink.

There wasn't much to like about this hotel. We were blessed to have a bed to sleep in is all and the location. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

They were “remolding” so it was in shambles. They should have let the website know so I could of went somewhere else. The room was not cleaned very well. There were false eyelashes on the floor and the tub had black foot prints on the bottom. No wash clothes, and when I went to the front desk to ask about some he said “they are being dried, you can check back later for some”, instead of sending me some when they were finished. There was black “mildew” on the underside of the hand rails in the restroom. The sheets had a stain so I didn’t sleep under the bedspread. The room was not very cool and the walls still had painter tape in the corners. Their pool was green so overall it was BAD.

The different motel shifts not communicating with each other. When I decided to extend my, I was given a unknown fee in order to remain in my room. I didn't feel like arguing so I paid the fee. In addition, we had a false fire alarm one evening and we were unable to return to our rooms for over an hour. The motel staffer didn't know how to turn them off and when the fire fighters arrived the staffer was a hindrance rather than a help. In fact, when the lead fireman asked for the staffer's personal information for his report. The staffer refused to provide any information because "I'm not the owner I'm nobody." Fortunately, the owner arrived while this conversation was going on.

The advertised room I booked clearly said it had a hot tub/spa tub in the room but this was not the case and the room they ended up putting me in wasn't very clean and only had one towel

The desk clerk charge me more than the priceI was quoted at Booking.com. He made me get money out of the ATM in the lobby because he could not run my debit card. The card never did work on the door to the room 308 rented, The room had a small Flat screen with no remote to change channels. The floor was dirty and the bed spreads neec to be wash, visible stains were noticable.

Had to ask for toiletries, only one bath towel, sink water faucets were reverse plumbed (hot was cold and cold was hot), stains on couch, some TV remote buttons didn't work and had to ask for ice.

I liked the price although for the quality of the room, the price should have been lower.

Housekeeping never cleaned our room even though I requested to have it cleaned. I had to continually ask for towels and take down to front desk, the trash was never taken out. We were there 3 days. I would of canceled my 1st day but it was nonrefundable. Never stay there again!!!

Manager Sami came down to help & is Awesome. Fixed my issue with the card & got me another room much quieter. The only thing was the white sheets had stains and the towels. Over All It was comfortable & good.

There were roaches every where i mean lots like they smelled the food as soon as we ate our taco cabanas they started coming out. Couldn't sleep due to them in our bed side tablein our microwave bed etc. The tub had a big hole in it. The bed was comfy but the amount of roaches scared us
