We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe location was good close enought to stores and were I wanted to go how ever the light need up Date bad it it a friend hazard wating to happen my husband and I turned on one of the lamps and it sparked fire and almost cought my foot on fire and it shocked my hand a little but not to bad nothing would work after that I told the manager and staff they checked the room and said it was working fine now but I have worked with electrical wiring I know the guy could fixed it that quick they way it sparked would have fried the rest of the wiring in the wall connected with that cord it is very concerning I would not recommend staying here until it is fixed .

United StatesWhy charge a security fee of $100? Granted, it was refunded quickly, but the room? I can see $50. The cleaning personnel didn’t even show up during the stay, and the “breakfast” was never refilled for the time allotted, so it ran out by 7 am.

United StatesHad to pay a deposit which was in my boyfriends name the first night. When checking out the next morning, we transferred the when from his name into as he would be at work the next morning for check out. Therefore the deposit should have transferred from his name into mine or I should have had to pay a deposit also. The next day however the owner refuse to let me have the deposit when I went to check out. He said it was in my boyfriend's name and my boyfriend how did you get it back however as I said the room was now in my name which meant the deposit should have been in my line. He absolutely refused adamantly and got rather rude threatening to call the police on me if I did not leave the property. He also complained about too much traffic the day before when the only traffic that we had was our son coming to pick up his sister to go back to their home with their mom. It wasn't like we had several random people coming to the room. It was only our children who came twice. Our son came to pick up our daughter for lunch then came back to the hotel to get her thing and left. That should not have been anything to be complained about. I could understand if they had been loud or disrupted but they weren't. They are both 18 and he is actually a deputy with the Roanoke City Sheriff's Office. So definitely not even troublemakers, loud or unruly. I had to assure the owner that they had gone back to their mothers and would not be returning for him to even re-rent the room to us the next day. Again this was our children.
I liked the price, location, and size of rooms.

United StatesThe beds were hard. We booked a queen room with 2 beds and got 2 double beds. It was too late to complain after such a long drive. The room was cramped and had a weird smell. The AC/Heating unit was L-O-U-D all night. The breakfast consisted of freezer-burnt (tasting) mini muffins, white bread, and bagels for toasting. There was no place to sit while having a bit of something to have with the coffee.
